3.28.26 Tyler & Noah from Clear Defense came out today to do my Quarterly Treatment, Tyler worked on the outside while Noah did the inside. Noah only 3 weeks on the job, was so polite young man, asked if there was any issues to be addressed, to call if any arise in the future between treatments and mentioned to keep my dog away until it was ok for my dog to run around. I wanted to leave a review for Mike and Jameson for my 3/26 service. He did an excellent job checking around the house for possible entrance points. As well as shared with me some areas we were seeing bees nests being built. He really went above any beyond inspecting the exterior for possible entrance points and helped to educate me on extra preventative measures I can take on my end. He also removed the bees nest and shared with me the game plan for my upcoming spring service in a few weeks. I

This company is very unprofessional. First they trick you into signing up for their mosquito service for $1 and $49 per month saying we can cancel any time but when trying to cancel they say it’s in contract and charge us a cancellation fee. Also when they come out they give long timeframes it’s never an exact time, they never knock the door when they get here. They leave without spraying the inside of the home and still charge for it!
