When I called to ask about this, they said it’s because I did not call to cancel my treatment. I do not recall ever signing up for a monthly membership. And I was never told I had to call the office to cancel anything. At the last service, I spoke with the technician and I verbally told him I will not need any further service because we had no more roaches. He agreed and tol

I love that the employees at Aruza are so helpful. They always call and make sure I received the correct and best service or let me know of changes. I always get great service from them. Marquise is always easy to work with. He lets me know of changes ahead of time. The new owner called me back last month to get my feedback which I appreciate and I did receive notification this month that my dispute was resolved for the cancellation charge to my credit card. Unfortunately, I will not return as a customer but I do appreciate the accountability and I wish him nothing but the best in the future. Do not trust this company to do what they promise. My husband and I could not sit outside, even with our Thermacell mosquito device on. Mosquito Hawk not only sprayed to get rid of the current ones, but spread something that would take care of the larva/hatchlings over the next couple of weeks. We have not had any problem since this service! It's nice to be able to sit on our deck now.
