This was my initial service so quarterly charge is less. I had seen ants inside and outside. Only a few inside but wanted to clear that up. Ants are all gone!

Pineland Pest Control offers excellent service at a good price. I have 2 dogs with heavy coats. Living near a wooded area means they can easily pick up fleas and ticks so I have my property sprayed. Jeff, the tech, treats the areas that matter to me for the safety of the dogs and myself. Both he and the office send a text before coming out which I appreciate. I have cameras but would prefer knowing who is on the property before the cameras notify me. He is very personable and knowledgeable. The staff answers questions quickly. For anyone who has had issues with their current service, try Pineland. They do a great job.

Nathan made a special trip to check my attic for a possible animal up there. I heard scratching a day or so before.

I have a rental house in Greensboro and the tenant has regular pest service who claimed new evidence of termites. When I called Pineland I spoke with Lauren who was very friendly and was able to set up an inspection for the next day. Jordan did the inspection, and he called me immediately afterwards to discuss. He did give me pricing for termite treatment during our conversation, but he clearly indicated that there was no sign of active termites or any conditions immediately requiring correction. The next day I had another independent company do an inspection, but although that one also indicated a lack of active termites, the inspector indicated that a new vapor barrier was urgently needed and provided an estimate including replacing the vapor barrier, digging trenches for termite treatment, and a borate treatment -- totalling over $3000. I texted Jordan and asked him about the differences in the estimates, and he very honestly responded almost immediately saying he didn't think any of that was necessary, and that although he can provide all of those services, he doesn't try to sell services that aren't truly needed. This is the kind of service every company should offer. Should I need vapor barrier or termite service in the future, either for my own home or my rental house,I will directly be calling Pineland.

Our man “Nathan” is the best ! Friendly, courteous, efficient and Pineland Pest Control has been very easy to work with. No bugs around our house ! They even clean out the Cob-webs around the porch. I highly recommend Pineland Pest Control.
