Bug Out

4th time's a charm? Nope! This is the 4th time Bug Out has stood me up. My appointment window was 1:00-5:00, but the tech told me closer to 1. We took the afternoon off, and about 4, I texted the technician to check in. At 5:30, he responded that he was out sick that day. I told him that would've been nice to know this morning before we took time off from work. No response. I'm not the only one, by far, who's experienced this with Bug Out. We're done with them, and will find a company that is respectful of our time. Only wish we'd made that decision before wasting 2 entire work days worth of time.

Did a great job. Eliminated the nest and removed it.

Have been a customer for years. Originally was a McNealy customer and they were bought a few years back but we are still pleased with the service. Our technician Blake is thorough and does a great job, the fact that keep the same service guys says a lot about the service!

Since Bugout took over McNeely I'm very unhappy. The worker spent less than 5 minutes here actually working. McNeely cleaned cobwebs off of the porch and deck. The kid that was here yesterday spent much more time talking about his hunting labrador retriever than he did doing his job at my house. My husband and I have been with McNeely since the early 2000's but since Bugout took over it looks like we will be getting a new pest control company. Very sad. McNeely was the best.

As a real estate professional, dependable vendors are essential, and this team(especially Justin) delivers. Quick responses, great follow-up, and exceptional customer service. They make the process seamless for me and my clients.

Justin and Josh are The Best doing our Sentricon Inspection and quarterly insect spray for Bug Out. Both are excellent at customer service. It's not just a job to him, you know they care to do a thorough job each time.

Justin was great checking our termite traps (even added a couple where coverage was a little skimpy).

I should of known I was being overcharged but I thought paying more would of gotten the job done.Hummel stated time would be approx 1.5 hrs Alex had a 2 o'clock appt so he rushed & half sprayed I tried again and again to resolve issues but what I got was a late evening response of "have to cancel"after I waited 4 hrs...then no response from anyone at all therefore I do not recommend bug out....I wasted money I removed a spider web yesterday 😞

Very nice company I have been using them for a couple of years at my old address now we have moved and have a new technician he is even better than the last one and she was great. He went above and beyond!

We are so grateful to have her be the one that services our home. When we recently had a roof rat coming in and stealing our dogs food, I reached out to her and she was here within two days and took care of the problem right away! You have an amazing employee with Emily!

Been with Bugout now for maybe 2 to 3 years ever since they bought our local pest control service. Originally I was doubtful since Bugout was not local. However they have proved themselves to be extremely reliable and affordable. Our service rep is Justin and he has proven to be most professional and customer oriented. Always friendly and helpful. Today he was very informative about a difficult problem we have had with pesky gnats in the house, especially the kitchen. He applied a couple chemicals and told us how to maintain the protection for the following we to rid us of the pests permanently. Very happy that Dustin has our backs!! Thanks Bugout!

I’m not satisfied with service that Justin Completed. He checked some of the stations for termites, Outside and under crawlspace.he did not put new Termite bait out around house or under house in crawlspace. He stated That it would last for five years. I called today to Bugout and they stated that they was going to send someone else out to put new bait out around house in the stations and under our house next week. That he was supposed to put new bait out every year.

Justin did a great job for my annual termite trap inspection. He is very knowledgeable and was on time and respectful. Thank you.

Justin arrived on time and was very courteous. I felt as if he had the experience/knowledge to ensure that the services were performed as needed. Would recommend Bug Out to anyone needing a pest control company.

The experience was very good. The tech explained things well. We asked about replacing the baits, he mentioned that it's not necessary now.

The Bug Out technician, Justin, is always on time and provides information about what has been done and what needs to be done. I notified the company of a problem at the beginning of the week and he treated the area before the end of the week. Great work and great service.
