Darryl claims to have visited my property. Never met him, he didn’t call to me upon arrival. Thus leading him not to complete the job that he was called for. What is disappointing his the fact that he wouldn’t take accountability for his mistake. And wanted to talk over me on the phone. He may be good or had an off day but certainly not happy with my experience... Update: Darryl has called back and agreed to do the service that I wanted. I know it takes a lot to call and admit fault and for that I am grateful.
