We currently have ants issue, all this rain and forcing them in and Evan and mosquitoe pest are on top of it, I told them yesterday and Evan showed up today and thoroughly treat inside and outside, can’t be happier with service and how they responded!!! Highly recommended

Derrick has been my tech for a few years. He is always pleasant and does a great job. Very communicative. Frank also earned high marks with me with his ability to handle multiple situations including one with billing with fast and efficient responses.

Since we’ve been at 313 Andover Evan has serviced our home; he is always prompt, has great attention to detail, recalls areas we’ve had concerns with ( ant hills) and addresses them for us. We are very happy with him, and appreciate his knowledge and experience. A few times we’ve had another representative that has been trained by Evan and have been very happy with them as well.

Evan, my tech, is a very nice man. The one problem I have with Mosquito Authority is that it seems that they do not have a spray which has no bad effects on spiders. Spiders eat insects. This all seems counter-productive.

Evan, the tech, was great. But, we were supposed to be service a week ago. Someone called at the end of the day to say he wouldn’t get to us that day, but he would come on Thursday. No one came and no one called. Mosquitos were pretty bad over the weekend. At least someone came out today.

Didn’t blow around my pool where I need it most. First time the person didn’t walk around my pool and blow in the trees.

James does not do a thorough job of spraying our yard. He sprayed several flowering trees/bushes and all over the fig tree (with figs growing) while skipping the sides of the house. I called to complain, they sent him immediately back to spray what he missed. He sprayed the flowering trees again, did get one side of the house that he skipped, but still failed to spray the other side of our house. When you’re paying $85 per treatment it’s reasonable to expect better service than that.

It's expensive but they're reliable and they do their job and get out with minimal amount of fuss. It's nice not to have to worry about mosquitoes killing every evening on the porch.

Does not do entire property, will need a return trip. Have had mosquitos since last treatment
