We've used these guys for years now. The first couple of services they were great, cobwebs were knocked down and pest were contained. The tech was always responsive. There are other items at play that you should be aware of. As time progressed the service got more lax and they kept raising the price implying they had better coverage and superior products. This last service all of the cobwebs in the back yard deck were not knocked down and the ant problem still hasn't been contained even wit

An hour ago we had two ClearDefense salesmen come and knock on our door despite the "No Soliciting" sign at the front of our neighborhood, despite the "No Soliciting" sign very clearly above our doorbell AND despite the bright pink "Shhh...we have a sleeping baby, please don't ring or knock" sign literally hanging ON our doorbell. BUYER BEWARE. The reviews on Google are a scam - when they come to your house the tech’s give you a card about leaving a review on Google. The company pays $5 for every five star review! When I had an issue with Clear Defense and withheld payment until they delivered on their service guarantee to fix the pest problem THEY SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE WHEN THEY KNEW I WAS OUT OF TOWN TO HARASS MY WIFE IN PERSON.
