Our service by Jeremy today was great! This was my first service with Kil-Mor, so it was Jeremy's first visit to the property, and he spent lots of time listening about the pest issues we've had, proposing (and explaining) solutions, ensuring that the service was undertaken with concern for our and our pet's safety and wellbeing, etc. When it started raining during Jeremy's visit, he waited for a good length of time to see if it might stop so he could complete the outside service; when it didn't stop, he explained clearly how I could schedule for him to come back. We were with another pest control company for 15 years and the service we received from them versus from Jeremy today is like night and day. I'm very happy with my switch to Kil-Mor and am very glad that they sent Jeremy by my home today!

Jarrell is amazing. He was very thorough and took his time. He took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and treated the house with my 10 month old crawling baby in mind. No spray inside, and handy insect traps out of reach of baby. 10/10 ask for Jarrell and give him a tip! He deserves it.
