About Critter Control Triangle
Wildlife becomes a pest when animals start damaging your property or pose a threat to you and your family. Animals can access houses and building in different, hard to reach locations. They cause damage and potentially spread diseases. Critter Control technicians have the experience and training to find the nuisance wildlife, trap and remove the pest animal safely, and install wildlife exclusions for long-term pest control.

Service was phenomenal and fast. Great price by .
High pressure sales tactics, offered a quote that would 'expire in a few hours' if I didn't sign immediately.
I hired critter control to remove animals access to my attic area. At the consultation I showed them the area where the animals were entering. They said they would replace it with the same material. I confirmed the replacement material would be ventilated to match the existing ventilated material and they said yes. But then they replaced it with a patch that isn’t ventilated and looks horrible. See pictures attached. I called them twice to have them fix it and both times they said a supervisor would call me and they didn’t. I received an email asking for a review but if I had an issue to not write a review to fill out a form so I filled out the form and asked them to contact me and a week later still haven’t heard anything so now I’m writing a review. Do not use them. You will have to hire another company to fix their work like I’m going to have to do.
Dustin was amazing! He was friendly, explained everything in advance and made sure I had piece of mind with the wildlife removal and solution to prevent future home incursions.
CC helped us deal with a rat problem. So far, so good. They added security to our crawlspace vents (22).
Professional, courteous and very speedy service. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Dustin. Would recommend this company.
After I made an appointment for possible squirrels in my attic, Devin, the technician called. During the course of the conversation, he asked me what my budget for remediation was. I told him that I could not even consider a budget since I had no data or information about whether we have a problem and if we do, the extent of the problem. The question was inappropriate and I felt uncomfortable about this conversation, so I canceled the appointment. Devin called the next day to ask why I canceled the appointment. I told him the truth. He then accused me of only wanting a free consultation. He was offensive and argumentative. (If all I wanted was a free consultation, why would I cancel the free consultation?) Anyway, the second conversation with Devin confirmed that I did not want to deal with this technician. We have hired another company and have had a totally different experience.
The lack of communication is horrible. Now that the contract has been signed I can’t get help from anyone. I’ve tried calling and emailing. No response. Horrible to be treated this way.
Devin was professional, knowledgeable and developed a sound solution to our problem.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Called to schedule an appointment. I was told a technician could come out the same day between 3:45pm-5:45pm. I got off of work early to ensure I was at my home within the appointment time frame. The technician never showed. I called the office twice. Once, at 5pm, I was told that he should be on his way. The second call was at 6pm where I was told he must have gotten held up at his last appointment but someone would be reaching out to me to follow up. The only communication I received was a text confirming the technician was otw to my address at 9am. This text was received the following morning. The technician, once again, never showed. I clicked the link in the text to track where my technician was and it says “Thank you for working with us!” I have not received a single follow up call from this office. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THEM.
I have had an extremely favorable experience with Critter Control, starting from my initial consultation with Hunter, who thoroughly explained the necessary actions his company would undertake to evict the critters that had made my attic their home. Furthermore, the Critter Control Triangle promptly initiated the process of removing the critters from my attic, providing me with peace of mind and protecting my home from potential significant damage.
A company's reputation depends on most part its service and employees customer-centric delivery on professionalism, friendliness, detailed explanation on NO pressure competitive pricing, punctuality, delivery on promise and quality of delivered products. Critter service and its service personnel have met or exceeded my expectation. Thanks to Kherry and Josh.
Excellent work. Explained everything. I learned a lot after talking to them about our squirrel issues.
Everything went really well. Josh, the service manager was great. We have a lot of stuff going on right now, and he made adjustments for us on the fly. Dakota even made my wife smile. The set up went very well. So far so good
Hired for bat removal in 2023. Job done, however, they left a hole open in my roof from the exclusion device. Bats returned in 2024 and CC performed the remediation again under warranty. And they still left the same hole open. Here we are in 2025 with the same issue 3 years in a row. Contacted before blackout but they could not make it in time. A/C went out and HVAC folks could not get into the attic so we had no air conditioning this summer. I am a disabled veteran. They told me they would be back right after blackout ends on Aug 1st. I've been calling since and they will not return my calls. Please help!!
Lots of miscommunication among various staff, if any. We made several attempts to contact the supervisor to get correct services and he failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. They pushed new contract before even providing appropriate and complete services from our previous contract.
Paid a 50% deposit to get rid of squirrels in my roof. They only completed half the work and the squirrels are still in my roof. They won’t answer or return any of my phone calls or emails. This company will steal your money. Stay away!
A very inattentive business with very poor customer service. They were prompt to come and review our property for mold control. A document was sent for contract purposes and was signed by me immediately. After a month of calling and trying to get them to follow up, I terminated to contract. Telephone customer service has no ability to remedy anything without speaking with their “service department” which is never available. Their phone service is also spotty due to poor cell service. I would avoid this particular Critter Control franchise at all costs.
Used Critter Control for a squirrel problem in our attic. The tech came out, and it was, I thought a reasonable quote to solve the issue (my husband had already trapped the squirrel, we just needed the hole repaired to avoid re-entry). Well, a few months later, squirrels made their way back in. I didn’t want to deal with CC again at all, so I called another business in the area. When they came, it was evident nothing in fact had been done to solve the issue, as their photos showed where the hole was, and there was no patch or evidence of any work done. It was even more evident as the new company needed access to the back deck for easy roof access, as well as the attic, while the CC tech did not, just used a ladder. (Which in hindsight would never have reached the problem at all, due to the height of our roof, and the slope alongside the house). The problem has been fine ever since, thanks to the other techs, who were amazing. Wouldn’t recommend CC at all.
Critter Control was contacted to investigate possible rodents in my 87 year old mothers townhouse crawlspace. When CC first evaluated they reported it was cats and sealed the crawlspace door. The problem continued. They returned and said it was rats. They offered a proposal close to $1200 to resolve. The crawlspace also has insulation falling down and vapor barrier issues. CC said they could fix all of that as well. They made a proposal of over $8000. I found it odd a pest control company would address structural crawlspace issues as well as dealing with rats. I contacted a insulation/crawlspace company to evaluate. They did a very, very thorough evaluation. Their quote, with much more detail and remedy suggestions, barely reaches $5000. These type of issues is all they do. They didn't offer to resolve the rodent issue. They stuck with what they know. I've also contacted a different wildlife company. In case it's more than rats. I will update my post when I see their quote. I get the feeling it will be less than CC. I'm concerned a company like this is trying to offer services they know little about and taking advantage of the elderly. Be careful in selecting them and their offer for other "services". We also checked with neighbors in the community on Nextdoor and every response was negative about CC. There are other options. Be careful my friends.
