I have always preferred to use non-toxic chemicals for our house services, but was not sure if it would be effective for pest treatment. However, I decided to switch to Eco Man a year ago and could not be happier with their service. Kevin and team are all highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The treatment not only works, but it is great to know that everything they use is safe. Eco Man is the epitome of what you would want in a locally-owned business - they really take the time to talk to you, understand your needs, ensure you are happy and that everything meets your expectations. I never feel rushed when I have questions and I could really feel the passion from Kevin and Steve when they came to our home. Overall, I highly recommend their service!

I really hate bugs, and so after moving into a house, finding a good pest control service was top priority. Kevin from EcoMan was the best! He is kind and very knowledgeable, and he uses essential oils that are not only safe for humans and pets, but smell great. I always thought you had to suffer through harsh and harmful chemicals for pest control, but not with EcoMan. I look forward to having him come every few months to keep pests under control. Communicating with him and Lora is a breeze. Highly recommended!

For almost 10 years Kevin from EcoMan has serviced our house and we could not more highly recommend his company. I am an organic gardener and go out of my way to create an ecosystem that attracts both good and less friendly bugs and knowing that Kevin was not spraying our house with dangerous chemicals that could affect our balance was very important to us. It took a while to get on their schedule but it’s worth it. Kevin is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about bugs. His use of essential oils will make your house smell good, and you can feel good knowing you’re not harming people and pets with harsh chemicals.

I had my first quarterly service from Kevin at Eco Man today. He was super informative, answering my questions about pests that I'd seen in my house, and treated the areas (inside and outside) where the pests would likely enter. He was friendly, courteous, and performed the service promptly. Additionally, Eco Man offers communication via text for quick and straightforward updates, which I appreciate. I am very satisfied with my experience and will be using the quarterly service going forward!

We are very happy with our our experience with Eco Man. Kevin is friendly and knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything he's doing and answer any questions we might have. His product took care of our cockroach problem immediately, and he has come by for spot treatments in between quarterly visits to help keep the ants out. We're very glad we went with Eco Man!

Kevin was absolutely delightful, and the spray he uses smells incredible. I am happy to get my quarterly service from him, and so excited to see fewer pests in our house! He also had wonderful advice and explained everything he was doing clearly.

I really love the smell (and that my dogs can be indoors when they spray) and I want nothing more to support a small, Black business. However, I have had had such trouble contacting/scheduling with this place (entirely via text, which is also a pain, but worth it when good service) and now am having to shop around for a new provider AGAIN (and pay initial fees AGAIN). And yes, I understand COVID. But also, I have had to provide KN95s and they have no problem at all with automation when it comes to requesting payment repeatedly. They just stopped responding altogether this time because I was late paying (understanding only goes one way, I suppose). TL;DR - if you're ADHD or otherwise rely on businesses to RESPOND within at least TWO WEEKS and have computer systems and automation in place to make sure your service is consistent (and not JUST to make sure they get their money), then move along. Inflation has caused what was about $85 initial fees last year to jump to $200 and I wouldn't have to be spending that if I hadn't wasted time with these folks, who again, have just stopped responding now. I have a years worth of texts where it's me asking to schedule and then following up 4x before responded to. Doesn't seem like an issue for certain customers tho judging by these reviews.

Unfortunately, after sending some messages via their website and leaving a couple of voicemail messages, I was never contacted. I was hoping to support a local business, but I didn't have the opportunity.

Contacted the business in sometime around fall of 2021 using their online form, and did not get a response. Called and texted a week ago, still no response. Sent another message today on the online form. Will update review if I get any communication from them. This poor communication is unprofessional. I understand that they are experiencing a labor shortage, but this unresponsiveness has been an issue since last year. Further, I texted them, per their voice message request (and another reviewer's suggestion). Considering that I still have not received a response despite all my efforts, I wonder if there is some type of discrimination going on.

The service they provide is fine. There customer service is horrible. They tend to use texts for all forms of communication. Details get lost in texts and it is very frustrating. I would stay clear of this company if you expect "respectful" service.

Well, we had a mixed experience. We had them come to find how to get rid of indoor mice. They found a couple of places where mice might be getting into the house, but when pulling out the dryer and dishwasher, they compromised them both, and we were not able to use the dishwasher after their visit, even though the mice situation seems to have been taken care of. EMPS came back, corrected the issue with the dishwasher, and promised a free outdoor spray. We were able to rig a temporary solution for the dryer, and just recently replaced it after it stopped working. We have tried contacting them several times for the outdoor spray without any response from the company. We are now going elsewhere for our services.

Called and spoke to owner about my issue who requested photos be sent. I did as requested and waited two days then placed a follow up call and left a voice mail. No response. I figured well everyone gets busy give it a day or two so waited until a week had passed and called again and left a voice mail no response. I get it that companies have labor issues but EVERY company that is open can return a phone call within a week. Will never use this company.
