Your company was unwilling to professionally discuss this and there was no discussion around the $250 fee that I was charged. The only way to attempt to rectify this would be to refund my money. I've never used this service before but I'm already extremely unimpressed. Salesman came by my house twice and the second visit was at 8:45pm on a Friday night. He was asking a ton of questions right off the bat without introducing himself or apologizing for how late it was. One of his questions was "well, what service do you use?" I can tell you this much; I like to use a service that doesn't try to sell me stuff at 8:45 on a Friday night. I'll pass. Please just leave a flyer in my mailbox next

We called this company and was told that after the first treatment someone would return in two weeks to do a second treatment. Nobody's called to schedule a second treatment nor have we heard anything from them. We were also told that we would notice a difference in about a week. It's been almost 4 weeks, no difference yet.
