I’m very pleased with the service I received today for the initial visit to treat my home.

Sheena did our mosquito spray today. We have a large very dense vegetation. She took the time to spray all areas. She was very cautious with all of my flowers. Very respectful and sweet.

Sheena arrived on time and greeted me with a smile and was very cheerful. I asked her to spray inside three storage areas and under my house. She agreed and went about her job. Did a fine job of knocking down any spiderwebs and spraying all areas. She seemed to enjoy her work. Hope she comes back next time.

Sheena with Aruza serviced my house today she did amazing. But all the rough spots I told her I was seeing spiders at. Such a sweet and professional lady. Aruza always does fantastic work around our home and yard.

The expectation was not done correctly cause I had still had a lot of problem with wolf spider stank bugs water bug carb webs and fleas. Every time I let them know it wasn’t done correctly they will tell me they will send else back out. But was demanding for the payment so why should you have to pay for service and the service was not correct and you let them know that you wasn’t going to pay and to cancel the service they will go back into your account and get the money. So don’t let them be your service trust me find someone else

My pest control technician asked me to leave him a 5 star review because it would get him $10 even though he did a terrible job! The reviews based on what that technician told me is for your 1st visit and they go above and beyond for your 1st visit. Technicians will make it look like an amazing job well done for their $10 provided by the their company for a 5 star review. Every visit since has been a disaster and I’ve got more bugs in my home before signing up with Aruza. These reviews are inflated and don’t reflect the service! BEWARE to anyone who signs up with this company! They will give you a great 1st visit and after that they will show their true colors! On top of that the contract provided was false according to my salesman who knocked on my door. They will trap you in a contract and make you believe you’re getting a discount and when you see how terrible their technicians are they will charge you a $250 cancellation fee. This was not explained to me upon signing up. This is by far the shadiest and slimy company I’ve ever signed up with for pest control. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Go anywhere else but this company! I promise you that you’ll be thankful for my review!

If you want a “technician” to come over sit in his truck for 15 minutes, claim they did the service and leave, look no further! I’ve called to try to cancel my account and they hang up.

DO NOT get sucked in to this company. Salesman came to my door 3 times in one day and kept telling us why we needed it. Of course we fell for his BS and lies. After the first service the bugs were terrible. We never had any problems until they came and sprayed. We decided to cancel. They made us pay $230 to cancel this “subscription”. They also charged us for the next months service that we didn’t even want because we were canceling it. When we first started using them we was told our card would not be charged until the servicemen showed up on site (there’s lie number 1!), we was also told we could cancel anytime for free (lie number 2!), and we were told they would perform everything inside and out each month but actually they only spray for bugs quarterly and mosquitos monthly (lie number 3!). We paid the $230 to cancel. But they will not give us a refund on the next months service that they wasn’t even post to charge until they arrived on site. This place is a SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. Look on better business bureau of all the terrible reviews of the same situation I am in now!

There are some things a new customer should know. WARNING: 150.00 CANCELLATION FEE. SERVICE IS PERIMETER ONLY AND IS ONLY QUARTERLY, but you will be CHARGED MONTHLY. ALL OTHER SERVICES COST EXTRA. THE SALESMEN ARE CROOKS ON SEGWAYS. We were told the service was monthly (it's quarterly) and that the exterminator would come inside and spray (he doesn't). Also, they spray only the perimeter of the house and NOT YOUR YARD. you can pay more for mosquito spray, and probably more for other little perks. When you cancel a cell phone plan there's a cancellation fee because they give you equipment you must pay back. This company charges 150.00 FOR CANCELLATION for no reason at all? All that said, the spray they use seems to work. We've seen a reduction in creatures around the house. This does not excuse the preposterous contract or policies and practices.

High pressure sales and the salesman said if we didn't like the service we could cancel. I advise everyone to stay away from the company can't tell any difference with the problems we have i don't know if they even show up. The chemicals they use must be watered down or they don't show up I don't know.The salesman said we could cancel now they say it will cost 150 dollars. It is a rip off please be aware of them.

Terrible company. Very hard to get a hold of anyone at the company. Customer service in general is lacking steeply. Anytime I’ve had an issue (more often than o should have), it's been difficult to get resolve. Unless you want to purchase more, then they'll call you right away and not stop calling you. Services in general don't work very well. Technicians often don't show up and don't even tell you they didn't show up. Until they reschedule randomly without notice. Overall, incredibly unorganized, unethical, bad company, a hundred percent do not recommend.

Not happy at all. All they did was chase away the spiders just to have them return in 2 to 3 weeks. They told me to just keep calling them but I shouldn't have to see how they obviously need to treat the property more frequently. Half the time I was scheduled for service i came home from work to find nothing done and to top it all off I was offered a the service for half price but was but was double charged and didn't release it until I called to cancel my service at the end of my 1 year contract. I was told to email copies of my bank statements and they would look in to it and call the next day but they didn't call and then still billed for the month a week later which they still didn't show up for the service 😕 so I called again and spoke to someone else and again they said they'd look in to the over charge and that I should call back the next day but no answer ☹ so I paid double and still had pest ( manly spiders) half the time. I regret it. They got me for $420 plus over charge within the last year plus $45 for July after I canceled my service and after 2 calls I still haven't been refunded for that either. I won't be calling them again excepting them to make it right, I will call my bank and dispute the over charge though they can only go back 6 mounts 😕 Thanks a lot Aruza. FYI when they say they don't service during the winter don't think that means they don't still charge you those months.

I used this company for over a year at first it was good but they kept switching the pest control employee and one guy did amazing but the others really just rushed to get the job done.. I would request follow ups and nothing, but every month payments was taken out of my account!! Also I called customer service rude (guy answered) I was telling what was going on he was cutting me off !! Never again I will Use or recommend this company!!

Absolutely terrible service. Paid for our initial visit and was promised a 2 week follow up. The ant problem went away for about 3 days and it’s been months since the first initial visit. Tech continuously kept rescheduling our follow up appointment. Called multiple times for management to call us so we could initialize a refund. Was told we signed an agreement and my response to them was that we absolutely signed an agreement and we have upheld our end of said agreement and that they are responsible for upholding their end of it as well which they have not. Escalated multiple times and still haven’t received a call like promised. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. All you’ll get is a headache and false promises.
