I have been a customer since April of 2025. I am not happy with the services. Among pricing errors and servicing errors with yard treatment for mosquitos and flying insects on wet days when they are not supposed to be servicing, they do not seem to have a clear business quality plan in place. Here is an example... IF YOU HAVE PETS, DO NOT USE. Absolutely horrible system to handle issues from customers. One of my dogs got VIOLENTLY ILL due to non communication of yard being sprayed. Don’t!! We’ve lived in our home for over a decade and have had two different pest control companies before Hawx. We have never had as many bugs as we have had in the last six months after signing up with Hawx.
