The absolute WORST company. My elderly mother moved from her home in Charlotte, NC in May of 2024 due to declining health. I did not realize she had ongoing Aptive pest control services being debited from her account until September of 2025. I called Aptive to cancel the account. Unfortunately they could not reimburse her for the funds they debited but I asked for the account to be cancelled. Aptive was soliciting in our neighborhood recently and was very aggressive in their sales tactics. We needed to get children to bed and the sales person was so aggressive he would not leave until we agreed. He even walked the neighborhood with us with our babies so he could get a signature. The first treatment was fine but now they are trying to schedule a time when we are not home and there are no other options for when we are. I later learned we were charged $199 as a first time fee while my n
