No one knocked on my door to say they are taking care of the lawn. This is the second time this has happened. Not even a ring at the doorbell upon completion. If we are not home we can still talk to them via the ring doorbell.

I was pleased with my lawn being serviced by this company until 2025. I had more weeds and crabgrass in 2025 than I ever had. What was the worst was the customer service. In the past when I called regarding weeds they came out right away to apply weed killer. This year I called for extra weed control, as was promised when needed, and they never showed, despite repeated calls to the local as well as the national office. One time I talked the the technician as he was servicing my lawn for a normal application. He gave me his phone number and told me to text him, if the weeds were still present after 2-3 weeks. I waited and texted him and he replied that he would come as soon as possible. He never showed. I don't know what happened to this company, but they have gone from good service to terrible service. I will be going to another company for 2025 and if you are looking to contract with this company, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Update.....i did get a call for Kenneth Scott sales manager. He assured me that he would take care of any problem that I have and that they would be back out to resolve any issues. Good customer service thanks Ken.

I have been with experi green since 3 months now, and I see so many weeds popping out of my yard, I have been asking them to address it every time they are at my yard for the treatment and I’m not seeing any result.

1st year not so great but it was there 1st year second year better 3rd year it looked good up until June Weed World on 10. Cancelled my service .

The customer service was horrible and I still had weeds. Do not waste your money on them. The service is horrible what waste of money. My grass look like a weed party. Its ridiculous.

Second year with them and my lawn looks worse every year. I regret leavingTru-Green for them. They just left and I see NO PRODUCT on my lawn, the guy FLYS through here in some machine, and they don’t service my entire property, even though I cleared the far corner out and TOLD them I was trying to get some grass growing there (again they just left and no product in far corner of property) along with the hill,(no way that machine can drive on hill) funny they CHARGE for the full property, they just don’t treat it all!! ….and every year I have the SAME problem with the weeds and every year they get worse and worse. The ONLY thing ExperiGreen has going for them…is there AMAZING customer service!! Done with ExperiGreen

Terrible. Just threw grass seed on bare spots. No aeration done? I just pulled up some grass and found these! My grass is shot!! Nobody said anything about looking for grubs!! This cost$153!! I just spoke to manager and he explained to me that grubs were not observed at that time and that he will treat them after the rain passes and that it’s a $153 service that they will provide free of charge I feel that is the least I could expect. It’s not Kenny’s fault. I just feel like the company just sends out technicians who just spray application and don’t have the knowledge needed to get ahead of the lawn. It’s not their fault. They need more training or I am expecting too much! I guess I need to get a more proactive business to care for my lawn. It’s not Kenny or Ethan’s fault. I appreciate them doing what they can do. So I’m rating ExperiGreen not the employees.

We've been with Experigreen for a few years and they've been ok. Our plan is we prepay for 6 treatments and get 4 in the spring and 2 in the fall. We don't get any in July or Aug because it's too hot. That's on Experigreen's advice. For some reason someone did show up in Mid July and give us a treatment. A few weeks later our lawn started turning brown. (not saying the July treatment caused this). The brown area kept getting larger so we called for help. It took 5 days to get someone out but when they did show up, they didn't ring the bell or let us know they were here. We checked later in the day and were told they were here and left. When I looked at my camera I saw someone pull up, walk around for 5 min, get back in the truck for 15 min and leave. No contact, no advice, no help. We were told to look at his notes in the system. The tech's note said the problem was Bermuda grass in the shade. He also made a comment about dead plants in our landscaping. See attached photos that show the brown area in the bright sunshine and our landscaping with no dead anything. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The guy couldn't be bothered to discuss this with us. We terminated our contract, even though we have a remaining treatment or two and have paid for them. The last thing I want for anyone from Experigreen at my house ever again!

This is an Experigreen lawn! My family and I went on a four day vacation and came back to our lawn looking like this. My husband had just mowed before we left. We’ve used Experigreen for about four seasons. We started using them the first year after we moved into our new house and the lawn was in decent shape. They only serviced our lawn for weed control but each year was a battle and each year they told us that weed control is a long process that can take some years to get under control. Last year after asking some investigative questions I discovered that I had Dallas grass in my yard and that it was not being treated with the weed control they were putting down but that it was responsive to the fertilizer they were using! I was so upset that they were fertilizing a weed that is extremely hard to control. My yard was a mess but to fix it they added Dallas grass treatment to my service for free. They also gave me a discount on aeration and seeding to help strengthen my grass as I had a lot of bare spots from the dead weeds. After the aeration and seeding and the Dallas grass treatment my lawn looked amazing in the Fall 2020. However because it took them too long to come repair some bare spots after the original seeding they were late to do the winterizer treatment. I was very hesitant to use them for the 2021 season but wanted to give them a chance to make this a better season. The first issue we had came after we planted a new maple and two cherry trees in the late sprint. I contacted them to let them know to avoid the trees for fertilizer and the weed control. The rep told me that was their policy as a company. When they came out to treat my lawn my husband repeated it to the specialist and watched as he fertilized and completely skipped the weed control. He told my husband there were no weeds to treat. When I contacted them to find out whether he was supposed to put the treatment down they said his notes indicated that he did apply the weed control. They sent him back out quickly, but after he left I noticed granules on the mulch around my trees. Some time around the beginning of summer three I noticed that the Dallas grass was spreading quickly. I contacted them about it and they informed me again that they weren’t treating the Dallas Grass. At this time I was informed that they only use a broadleaf weed control and if I wanted something more I had to inform them. But again they were FERTILIZING THE DALLAS GRASS. I told them that it’s their job to communicate that they noticed the Dallas grass was coming back and that they needed to start treatment quickly before it got out of hand since they are the ones waking the perimeter of my yard (which is large) and would have noticed it creeping back up. Especially since they were going to continue to fertilize it. Also, all the areas that were bare last year before they aerated and seeded are now either bare again or taken over by weeds. Their seed couldn’t last through the first season. I’m am so done with this company. I have the worse lawn in my neighborhood and none of my neighbors use a lawn service.
