Southeastern Exterminating

I've used Southeast Exterminating for over 20 years. They always contact me at the end of May and do a meticulous examination of even the tightest areas. I would trust him with my life. I have had the same service man for 20 years. They are good people and do good work.

Horrible customer service! I have called 4 times to get a refund for our contract renewal because we are moving. The lady who answers the phone just kept responding she would have the mgr. call. He never did. I left a detailed voice msg. and still nothing.

Like the other reviewers, please avoid this company. It is a scam. I paid the annual fee to have my property inspected and despite a month of repeated calls, no one has called back and no one has come to inspect my property. According to filings on the Secretary of State's page, they were administratively dissolved and legally cannot operate business in North Carolina. I inherited this policy from former property owners when I closed on my home. Otherwise, I would have ran the other way. Save yourself the time and money and go with a reputable company.

They don't deserve 1 star. We have contract with them. They haven't been out in 2 yrs for inspection. They will not return our phone calls. Buyer beware.

Would not recommend. I had them treat my home and my rental property, the service technician was thorough and very friendly nice gentleman. Unfortunately I was unable to get proof of service and results of termite inspection. I am selling my home and need the documentation. I spoke with Brittany as John Gaither, they kept promising me they would send the report but never did. I requested it multiple times. Plenty of other exterminators, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SOUTHEASTERN EXTERMINATORS!
