Tanner the initial sales representative did not mention a cancelation fee for services. He in turn reduced the service fee to $29.99 and said if I was unhappy the cancelation wouldn't be charged. I was unhappy with the initial person that came out, informed Sage and they scheduled another appointment. I'm even more dissatisfied with how this appointment went. I called them to pay the bill out of courtesy and cancel my services. Guess what they are still trying to charge me $150 cancelation fee.

I have been a customer for several years and have used Sage Pest Control to maintain 10 bait stations around my house and cross space. Until now, the technicians who have come to my home to service these stations have been timely and efficient and have completed a timely report detailing the bait station number, location, time of the inspection, condition of the station's bait and whether the station had to be rebated.
