I've been with Remedy for about 4 years now(2 homes)and I don't usually get the pleasure of being home while they visit but today I was. You wanna know what I learned?! They freaking knock down webs from all windows and porches while they are working! I had no idea how much detail they pay attention to! Primus has been awesome today and answered all of my questions about the new service I added this month(ant mound treatment). He has even been to my other house and remembered it before i even said anything! He was super sweet, answered all of my questions(and I asked a LOT!) And was a pleasure to have visit my home. I have used 3 other pest control companies in my life but none of them go above and beyond like they do. I am a lifetime Remedy customer and so happy to have them in my life. Yes, I got permission for the photo!

Could have carried my ladder back downstairs for me as I am a Senior Citizen and he did not bring his own! Did not perform all the functions I was told would be done.

**UPDATED REVIEW: After my initial review Eric Broadway reached out via a phone call to find out where they went wrong. Again, this comes back to good customer service and I did appreciate that even with a little too late. He took care of me and while my experience cannot be undone this shows that they care about reviews as reviews mean new business and so they do follow-up. This also shows me that they are worth an opportunity to give them a try. I’m only bumping up the stars to 4 as great customer service should be first not after the fact. Original Review: They have good customer service on the phone but not good field technicians. I initially gave a good review but I never heard back from the technician as promised the next day to let me know if there was a better deal he could provide. As well as to set up my official appointment. Paid $40.00 just to come out to see if there was an issue that I already had proof of! Too bad for the lack of care and follow-thru as I found a good company that give "FREE" inspection, better rates and way better technicians!

We recently moved to Charlotte and wanted to establish pest control service. Remedy Pest Control wanted to charge us $75 to give an estimate. We decided to forgo the estimate. Remedy Pest Control lost the chance to acquire a client - potentially for years to come. Terrible customer acquisition strategy. NOTE: Customer service agent was very polite though.
