UPDATE: I’ve since had another company come to evaluate my issue. They shared that PCA did not complete the work as identified in my contract - they used foam instead of steel mesh for many entry points and missed SO MANY entry points around my house. Now I am paying extra to the new company to undo what this company did. Stay away! Do not choose this company. They will claim to come help deal with your issue then show up and charge you $300 to tell you it’s illegal for them to remove the issue. I spent over $1500 for bat remediation. The bats are back. And they want me to pay another $300 for them to tell me it’s illegal for o remove the bats. There are companies in Charlotte who guarantee their work for 5 years. This company guarantees it for ONE year. That tells you the quality and what they think of their work. Do not waste your money. I am pissed I’ve wasted $2000

They answered my call promptly and sent someone to my home within just three hours. Lane, the technician, was incredible. He conducted a thorough inspection of our attic and identified several issues related to potential points of entry for wildlife. STAY AWAY!!! This company is a complete rip-off. To give you an idea of their business model — they wanted to charge $389 just for a 15-minute “inspection”, before even quoting the actual repair cost for an extremely simple job. Meanwhile, honest and reputable companies in the area charge a fraction of that amount for the entire service, not just for someone to show up and look at the problem. Apparently, breathing near your air vent now costs $389. Save yourself the frustration and save your money — there are far better and more transparent honest companies out there.

PCA Wildlife was excellent to work with. They were very professional, cost effective, and quickly identified the issue with my raccoon problem. They made the entire process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with wildlife issues.

The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and solved our problem within minutes! Further he inspected our premises for any other needed repairs and made photos of same. Last he showed the photos of the needed repairs and explained that the company could take care of them and gave me a total amount of the cost!!
