Update: To contact corporate you need to fill out a form. I did that 3 days ago, no response. Listen to their hold message about how they "care" about the customer. They were not detailed with their service. I had to call back multiple times after servicing for them to reapply/redo work. They did not come to every appointment. I escalated my frustrations with the customer service rep (Cathy) and the manager. They did not go by their word and did not treat my frustrations with good faith and customer service. It is unfortunate that you must stay on top of them to get any service. I have to remind them every time that it is time for service. I remind them everytime to please notify me before arrival so I can unlock the gate to the back yard. Everytime, they have to come back because they only do half the property. You never know which 16 year old will show up and when. Agreed to a financed amount of $3k for 3 years of service, but they still charge a 10% fee annualy that wasn't included in the finance
