We had a squirrel get in a space where we didn’t even know there was a hole. Andy made sure it was gone and repaired the hole. He even came back a week later to make sure all was still good. Highly recommend and will use again if we have any other issues.

Andy was thorough in evaluating my home outside vent needs. Was able to remove nests properly and put better covers and vents up to prevent further issues.

Andy did a great job! He was able to come out quickly and did a thorough inspection for mice. He took pictures and showed me the areas around my home that needed to be addressed. I had a combination of birds and bats in my attic. I called One Way Bird and Wildlife Management. They responded quickly and efficiently to handle our bats without harming them. He also sealed up all the openings in my attic to prevent and future problems. I highly recommended One Way!

Andy resolved and repaired squirrel issues in our attic. He did a thorough investigation all around the house. He corrected all areas where squirrels could gain entry. He was prompt and kept us notified of all repairs. He provided photos of the affected areas as well. I would highly recommend.

Andy at One Way Services was one of the folks we called in mid-September, 2025, when we realized squirrels had gotten into our attic in Stallings. He came to inspect our attic, our soffits, roof, etc a couple of days later and located several places where the squirrels had gotten in. He gave us what we considered to be a much more reasonable estimate than the one another company had given us. He talked to us about the one-way exits he would place in the 5 locations he had identified. He offered a 1 year warranty on his work. When I told him I had hoped he would do at least a 2 year warranty (in case the squirrels try again next fall), he said he could do a 2 year warranty. So I gladly accepted his estimate. Once I had accepted his estimate, he came to do the work a few days later, which surprisingly only took 2 1/2 hours. He told us he would come back in a couple of weeks to check on things and pick up a trap he had left at one place on the roof. He did that and added another one-way exit that he had forgotten to do the first time. We haven't had any more squirrels in the attic since he installed the initial one way exits. I feel that Andy knows his trade and the habits of the various animals that can get inside houses. The only thing I would suggest he work on is being a bit more communicative. He is a man of few words, but he does what he says he will do.

From the first time I called Andy, he promptly responded and scheduled an inspection. After the inspection, he got a treatment plan and shared it with me as well as providing pictures. He was the only one out of four other businesses that actually found the issue. He completed the exclusion and cleaned and disinfected the areas today. If you’re needing help with any critters, look no further. Call him! His transparency and dependability are unmatched.

Having discovered that bats had made their home in the small space of the soffit fascia we contacted One Way at the recommendation of neighbors. Andy arrived and explained to us his game plan. He took pictures of all the location he would be sealing. He installed the exclusion device and a couple of weeks later no more bats. He is extremely well priced.

Needed a bird’s nest removed. Called in the am, Andy came in the afternoon. Very professional, explained process. I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. I will use him again if needed.

Andy did a great job on having my raccoons removed from my attic. He also cleaned up the mess that they made and put down new insulation. I would highly recommend one way service to anybody.

Technician,surveyed the crawl space access with me, he determined where possom entered, he put on overals and 10 min. later Possum was released to hedges and my dog finally stopped barking, Well done

Their agents think it's ok to provide illegal advice of throwing protected migratory bird babies in the garbage. So much for looking out for the wildlife.
