Manny is courteous and always does a great job, he makes sure he covers all areas.

David M was very thorough with the spraying, in particular I asked him to get my deck sprayed as I have foliage underneath, and he did a very thorough job. Thanks as always. Alberto was Thorough and treated my yard completely. ! We have been customers for over 7 years and when the mosquitos are really bad this Squad will come back out and retreat. They are the best! We would recommend Mosquito Squad to all! Especially this year with all the rain.

I have been using Mosquito Squad of Charlotte for three years. I use their natural mosquito treatment. I’m very satisfied with their service. They keep you up-to-date and informed about when they will service your yard, and if there are Interruptions because of weather. Manny has been the young man that Has serviced my yard this season. He always checks to make sure there aren’t any problem Areas that need special attention. He does a great job.

Manny did an excellent job spraying my mosquito treatment today. He made sure to spray ALL areas in my yard, not just the "easy to get to" locations. As far as mosquito control, I can walk outside and NOT be swarmed. I have the blood type they love so not getting bit all over by mosquitos is great! I can sit outside and enjoy my outside life!

Jodi has been prompt with her responses and sending people out to my house, but I am really unsatisfied with their services. I work from home and can literally hear them spraying my yard for less than 3 minutes. They just walk around my house twice and that’s about it. My yard isn’t huge but I always have mosquitoes within a few days of them coming out and spraying. Even my neighbor commented on the lack of attention in our yard by the guy who came out recently to spray again. Really disappointed because it’s not a cheap treatment either.

I used the for the past 10 years with great luck. This year was awful. I watched the service person get out of the truck, spray by my mailbox and leave. I had to call every week. It got to the point I tried to wait and watch to be sure they sprayed my whole front and back yard. I have an eight year old son who literally cried he was in so much pain from mosquito bites last night. A big waste of money and a lot of added stress came from this company this summer.

The service works. Vegetable garden keeps getting sprayed.

By my records the service was two weeks late You would not respond to my phone calls

The owners are not responsive. They have said they will be at my home between certain hours and have not showed up, then when I call they say they have to reschedule due to some issue ( happened at least 3 times). At least 3 times they have sprayed a neighbors house instead of mine. VERY DISSATISFIED with service. DO NOT USE

II did change my review from 4 to 3 due to the company making an error and using pesticides on 1 visit. After that error I did cancel the service. I haven't been using Mosquito Squad for long but so far I am pleased. I opted for the natural product which does not last as long but I prefer that over heavy chemicals. They leave notification to let you know who treated your property as well as an email prior to treatment. They will also reschedule it's heavy rain is in the forecast tank treatment won't be wasted.

I wanted to give zero stars, but this will only post if a star is chosen. Absolutely terrible service! Our security cameras recorded Mosquito Squad technicians pull into our driveway and leave without applying treatment. They did however leave an invoice on our door! This happened several times. Each time I contacted the office and was promised service. Once, a tech sprayed only our front yard (without wearing a respirator). When I asked him if he had sprayed the back, he replied that he had. He lied to my face! Mosquito Squad never offered to refund my money and when I asked for a refund, they only offered half! As of today, I have not received any refund!!!

HORRIBLE. I was told by "Jennifer" one price and then she changed it. She DOES NOT Listen to what you are asking and then last minute wants to add cost. CAN"T trust them if they can't even be honest about their products and services and pricing.

I hired mosquito squad for my 4th of july party they came on june 30th and sprayed the yard. It was rather quick but seemed to work but man was i wrong, 4th of july everyone was eat up and the next day i was covered in bites. Called for a respray appt and everything was in place except they never came but tried to say they did but the dog was in the yard so they didnt spray ( left no work order and the dog was inside all day) rescheduled and this time my neighbor kept watch as they berly walked half the yard then left. Needless to say more mosquitos in the yard than ever and its been less than a week since the respray. Would not recommend .. .update added photos taken today. Just 1 week and a half after spray. And in regards to the company saying i didnt contact them until the 11th is not true . i explained that i had wrote emails due to my work schedule conflicting with their hours of operation. And never received reply to the email. Also when i called to find out why they didn't show up for the first re spray appt i was told they would have to find out from the driver why they didn't come, then the driver claimed the dog was out. I was never told they tracked the trucks and know they had came.Complete lies. We were home on the scheduled day and the dog was inside all day. No doorbell rang no work order was left. After 2 treatments i still have a mosquito problem.
