The service last year was good. Dominic came today did the job so fast. My husband had to tell him to spray more of the perimeter. He didn't spray any grass in the middle. He didnt spray the porch. Please DO NOT send him back to my address. Thank you

Absolutely horrible service!!! Do NOT do business with them! The last time we received service, their employee stayed in his vehicle the entire time. A bucket of water in our backyard was not flipped over as they are supposed to get rid of any and all potential locations that could attract mosquitos. They’ve had to spray a few times even without it raining and myself and my familiarly are still getting bit and cannot even go outside for 5 minutes without being swarmed. CANCELING THEIR SERVICES!

⭐ 1 Star – “Mosquito-Free Guarantee” Is Misleading and Service Is Inconsistent We’ve paid for this company’s mosquito service for 7 summers, and I finally have to warn others: the service model simply does not work as advertised. 1. What they promise: They advertise a mosquito-free guarantee and regular sprays by a consistent technician. 2. What actually happens: • Different techs show up almost every visit (high turnover, no continuity). • Techs often skip key parts of the property (rarely go past our back gate to spray dense vegetation along the creek). • In seven years, only one tech ever treated the standing water in the creek behind our home, despite my repeated requests. • They never use dunks and only inconsistently scatter Mosquito Bits. • They charged us $40+ per month extra for traps last summer that made no noticeable difference. • After sprays, mosquito pressure often increased — when I asked about this, I was told the spray puts them into a “frenzy for 24–72 hours.” That is not scientifically accurate; in reality, new adults were constantly emerging from untreated breeding sources. • When a manager finally visited once (while we were out of town), no follow-up notes were left, and subsequent techs did not adjust their approach. 3. Why it matters: This service is essentially just a cosmetic surface spray. It kills a few adults present at the moment, but it does not address breeding sources or provide the lasting control homeowners expect for the high price. With turnover and lack of accountability, results vary wildly from one visit to the next. If you have standing water nearby (creeks, drains, ponds, etc.), know that this service will not fix your problem. You will still need to do your own larval control (dunks and Bits). For $700+ per year, I expected expertise, honesty, and consistent service. Instead, I got inconsistent techs, unscientific explanations, and no real relief.

Our service includes a granular band around the home, crack and crevice treatment as well as the sweeping of the eaves. This helps prevent pests such as ants, spiders and roaches from entering the home. I have been a Mosquito Authority customer for over 5 years for mosquito control and pest control. We did not have any issues when I used them solely for monthly mosquito treatments. The staff showed up as scheduled for the monthly sprays did their job and left. Unfortunately over the past year there has been a continuous lack of communication between the office and their staff and this negatively affects our quality of service. We aren’t sure why but we have always had lots of little spiders and webs in our garage especially up where the ceilings meet the walls and also all around the exterior of our home. We have been requesting specific treatments for these areas especially inside the garage for months to try to get control of these issues and still do not have any improvement. There is an obvious communication break down about specific client needs between the office and their staff which negatively affects the customer. This is an ongoing issue that Mosquito Authority can’t seem to fix. Considering a change if things don’t improve.

I have been using this service since I bought my house 3 years ago. The quality of service as been declining and the prices keep going up. They do not even notify me of a price change. They just show up and I get charged more.
