I've been a customer for a couple of years, until today. In that time, I've been hit by a lot of mosquitos. My experience has been this: 1. It's ungodly expensive - $77 every 3 weeks for less than a quarter of an acre - which equates to over $111 per month on average. WOW - MJ management seems to struggle to understand this math. 2. If I'm not here when they show up for service, I'm confident they don't do it.. or if they do it, they halfway do it. I had a mosquito infestation literally days after service last summer. You can call them to come back but ONLY IF YOU GET SERVICE EVERY 3 WEEKS. 3. If I am there and I watch them, they (at least one of the agents) do a good job and I don't have mosquitos for a little while. This means the service works when done right. My experience has been intermittent at best. When I've had mosquitos all month and address it with the agent, they blame the last guy as it seems it's pretty common. 4. They leave trash (in the form of an advertisement sign in your yard - plastic and paper and it's ugly. I've asked them to stop. They keep doing it.) 5. They tried to come spray my house on March 4.. Now, we all know it's going to frost at some point in March.. It's a money grab. I asked them to postpone and they came a week later. LOL Needless to say, I do not recommend this company, and in fact, I'd recommend avoiding them.

Our team is happy to customize plans based on our customers' needs, and we provide unlimited resprays until the issue is resolved and you are happy with our treatment. Unfortunately, the only respray request we received from you was in 2023, as we would have been more than happy to return and complete additional services if we'd known you were not satisfied. We perform treatments based on weather, and we start early so that dormant larvae never have the chance to become adult mosquitoes. This leads to a better outcome in the summer, but we are closed from mid-November through February, when temperatures are consistently below 50 degrees. As your account has already been cancelled, we will issue a refund in the form of a check sent to you next week. We will also be calling you today to learn more about your experience and take any additional steps needed to make this right. We sincerely appreciate you sharing your review and bringing this matter to our attention, and we will be reviewing our processes internally with our team to ensure we always provide the high-quality service we aim for moving forward. I've been using mosquito Joe for at least 4 years now and have been extremely happy with them the entire time. From Tamara in the office, Josh, my tech and everyone in between I can honestly say I've been provided the best customer service possible. Josh started my treatment for the season today and went above and beyond to make sure he covered all the problem areas in my yard. Also, his communication was awesome he let me know when he was coming he let me know when he left and exactly what he had done while he was there via text. Very convenient and very appreciated!

We will be switching to mosquito authority when this summer is over. Originally gave a perfect review because they offered a possible free grill in a drawing but gonna have to dial that back. Really good people and good customer service for the most part! But after about 8-9 days after every treatment, we consistently get devoured by mosquitos. And so do our pets. It’s a huge pain in the butt. Part of paying over $120 a month for spraying should result in some peace of mind. We’ve only had that in very small doses this summer. I’ve called a few times and they’ve happily come out and re-sprayed. Like i said, they’re a good, honest company but we don’t feel like we’re getting what we pay for.

I must say I was starting to give up hope that would be able to get rid of mosquitoes until we tried this company! It actually works and we can be back outside. Now will be honest a couple days before they are due to come out they start getting bad again. Employees that have come in contact with are extremely nice along with management. Would definitely recommend :)

Had Mosquito Joe treat our yard for mosquitos and have had pretty poor results. They are responsive to come retreat property, but the effectiveness is minimal. My yard was treated 10 days ago (additional treatment) and today (normal treatment) and could not sit on my deck tonight. This was with two tiki torches and a citronella candle burning in front of me.. counted 6 bites in 15 minutes. Very minimal effect on the mosquitoes and I cannot justify the cost of the treatment.
