Josiah Odom was at my home today and did a FANTASTIC job with my quarterly service! Today's temperatures were brutal - so hot and so muggy!!! Despite the weather, Josiah appeared at my door with a smile! I LOVE THAT! He was so mannerly, so professional and made sure my service was done right before departing. No matter the heat, nor dreaded temps, he remained positive and upbeat. THAT winning attitude will go a long way for that young man!

We just had a termite retreat, and the guys who came out were amazing - professional, knowledgeable, respectful - everything you’d want in a service company. Don’t know if I have their names spelled correctly but Yao and Sondai are awesome people know customer service. Have had Ivey for almost 30 years and my satisfaction with them keeps growing bec they care about who they hire.

You have terrible drivers and they drive like they are 15 minutes behind their next appointment. Whoever was driving this truck today forgot you can't drive like a lunatic with your company logo on the side because people have dash cams.
