Ward came by this morning with a smile - he took his shoes off to spray my interior, was respectful and a friendly guy. He covered my full house and then went outside to take care of the rest. He was highly knowledgeable about the issue I experienced and assured me it would be taken care of. I do like that when I call, within 2 days someone will come by to address my concerns. Appreciate YOU, Ward!

He is extremely thorough with his work, taking his time in each room to ensure full protection and customer satisfaction. He was very respectful of our property and left every area he touched just as he found it. Job well done!

We had the crawl space conditioned. They did a quick and complete job. The employee we had was Jeremy who worked the whole time he was here. Very professional man. He kept us informed the whole way. Total job took only 1 and 1/2 day. The price was reasonable. I would have them do any additional work if needed.

I had ended my services with another exterminating company after several issues. I saw an Economy Exterminators at my neighbors house. They put us in touch with you! Cindy was very patient with me when we spoke. That’s a key factor for me due to health issues! I kept apologizing cause I can get a bit confused sometimes. Cindy reassured me I was fine and to take my time! I have my first service set up but the first impression I’ve gotten so far of the employees is EXCELLENT!!!

Everything was wonderful about the experience. They came out and clearly laid out the proposed treatment plan, and was able to get me on the schedule the same week. The tech arrived early and took care of the house top to bottom. I'm looking forward to using them again! UPDATE: I've been using them for several years now and it's been great. They've always responded quickly to checking traps and keeping the outside sprayed.
