First off the technician who came the first time out spent 1 1/2 hours here spraying quarterly treatment and then for mosquitos he did a great job but after that it all went down hill. Let salesman know we still had some active ant hills and was told they’d be taken care of. They never were. Then came time for quarterly spraying the next month and the technician sprayed the front along the house but nothing else. Looked on my cameras and he showed up on one of them by the front door only. That cost me $139 for 50 ft of chemical along the front of my house no spraying in front yard side yards or back yard. Now let’s go 4 days ahead technician was out of his truck for 4 minutes while he sat in my driveway for over 20 minutes I have 7 cameras on and around my house and they were only seen on 2 the one on my driveway and the one by the front door. He sprayed the front of house and nothing else. This was on a Wednesday I spoke to Salesman on Thursday he said he would look into it well Monday came no word from anyone so I called the main office and told them to cancel my contract because I’m not going to pay for services I’m not getting. Lady I spoke to said there is a charge for cancellation and I said I’m not canceling because I don’t want the service I’m canceling because I’m not paying for services I didn’t receive. She then tells me what’s a good time for service manager to call me I say between 5-6pm because I have a job I actually do. So I get a phone call at 730pm I didn’t answer because I don’t answer my phone that late at night to unwind. I get a call last week from the office saying they tried to reach out to me but since I didn’t answer they would cancel my contract and I’d get a bill. I thought she was joking since they already got $139 for a service they didn’t do they keep sending me a bill for $89 which I won’t pay and now I get a bill for $489 cancellation fee. I told office they should dock there technicians for not doing there job and because of them they lost a customer and they will lose more because I will let the HOA know about this. Bad service technicians equals BOG cancellation fees. Boy am I glad I removed my credit card from yheir automatic payment like I said they got me for $139 for no service now want $89 for no service and a $489 cancellation fee Have a great day Fred Lotter

The tech was very polite but the company sucks!! I can't schedule an actual date and time so the inside of my house doesn't get done every visit. Apparently they think people just sit around waiting. I tried to cancel but was told I would incur a fee and if that's not bad enough, I still have bug issues, mainly spiders. Lots of them! As soon as this contract is up I'm finding a new pest control company.

A Croach salesperson showed up at my house just two weeks after I moved in. The timing was perfect for them. I was in a good mood and open to hearing them out. The pitch was long, but I was polite and even impressed with the hustle. I brought up carpenter ants over and over, more than three times, and was told clearly that they were covered. He even said they could come that same afternoon for the first service. Then came the first red flag. Before the technician had even shown up, the salesperson was already pushing me to leave them a 5-star Google review. Think about that — no service done yet, but they’re chasing reviews. Makes you wonder how many of those glowing ratings are from people who just signed up and haven’t experienced the reality. The technician eventually came, did an okay job at best. Two weeks later, I still had the same carpenter ant problem. When I called to report it, I was told ants like that weren’t covered unless I paid extra. This was exactly what I had confirmed multiple times before signing. When I pushed back, they acted like I must have misunderstood, asking me over and over if I was sure the salesperson said that. I told them to call him and check. Nothing happened. At that point, with only one visit and my issue still unresolved, I told them I wanted to cancel. That’s when they told me I’d have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. One bad service, a broken promise, and suddenly I’m being threatened with collections. My advice? Stay far away. Croach is all about locking you in, not solving your problem. This is a real review from a real customer. Read the “just signed up” 5-star reviews with caution. I fell for it, and I regret it.

Do not use Croach Pest Control. Their first application produced a stained on my front door which took me 45 minutes to clean up. The installer wanted to spray inside my house for completing the "good service" which I declined. I then received their invoice for the first treatment, and they asked for a tip for the installer which I was already paying more than my original service. Not a big deal but it sent a message if I don't tip is my service compromised. I also found ants in my garage which I never had before. When I went to cancel, I had to go through 5 steps to get to someone who then sent me to an account manager. His tone quickly made me like I was being strong armed. He threatens to charge me a cancelation fee which I received today for $200.00. I do not feel comfortable doing business with a company that will not let me cancel due to poor performance and an overall poor general feeling about the company.

We have been with Croach for 9 months. The initial and recurring services have been solid. The technician the last couple of times, Rowland, top-notch. The communications from Croach central, or HQ, has been atrocious. Yesterday (March 13), for the 3rd time, yes, 3rd time, communications about time of treatment have been incorrect. I have followed their text directions each time to call with specific requests. The lady receiving the call is nice, says what she is supposed to say, but what we discuss does not occur. I have asked for a window of time for the treatment and for a call-ahead so that we can leave work and meet the tech to let him into the garage. She told me the tech would arrive between 12-2 PM, so my wife planned to come home from work accordingly. We were contacted at 10 something that the tech was almost at our home. Similar poor communications also occurred for the previous two visits. I have asked the company to cancel the remainder of the contract without penalty... we will see.

They are a scam. They only came once to my house and canceled twice my appointment s. I had to call them to make another appointment for the first canceled appointment. Then they cancelled second appointment. Called back again. Put on hold told them the days I would be home. They can back on the phone with a date that I said would not work before being put on hold. Tried to cancel my account. They tried to charge me $200 for cancel account. BBB reviews are with same complaints that I have. CANCELED NO SHOWS ON SERVICES. here is one. Not surprised at the * BBB rating. Poor customer service. Mediocre pest **********************. Nothing special. Cancelled the service after 3 no-show appointments. *orced to pay $200 cancellation fee. They earned the low rating. BBB rating *2 star.

Apparently, Croach Pest Control employs salesmen that don't understand what "No Soliciting" means. The person came to the door and claimed he's not selling anything. Then went on to say how he can help with wasps, stink bugs, etc. Like, hello??

Coach has a very deceptive team. As a military family, we move frequently and sometimes without much notice and I told Joshua that I didn’t want to get into another contract for pest control. He assured that the services were pay per service with no contract involved. I should have read the fine print when signing up for our first service but skimmed it since I was in the midst of cleaning up a spaghetti dinner with two toddlers while my husband was out of town when Joshua knocked on our door. We are now moving and therefore no longer need their services anymore and I am getting bills for $200 early contract termination with threats to go to collections. The service was good but Joshua was very misleading.

The most unprofessional we have ever dealt with. The admin staff had no idea what the service tech did. We insisted on not having bait stations because of our local Fauna population but he installed them anyway. We cancelled the ongoing service contract after the 1st visit and were charged a$200 cancellation fee on top of the $129 for the initial service. I would never recommend them
