Called- tech came next day to diagnose. Thought it was squirrels but it was mice. Sent quote same day and issue was resolved when they said it would. Professional techs and good service

We had squirrels in the attic. Our home is a bit larger than average (5000 sq ft), so our attic is huge. There were many possible entry points for the squirrels. The squirrel removal project should have taken 2 weeks, but ended up taking almost the entire month of February 2026. This was no fault of Critter Control; we had very stubborn squirrels, and there were several possible entry points into our attic from the outside. In the end, Lyle (our assigned staffer) was able to locate all the entry points, trap the squirrels, and repair our damaged soffit, and fleishing (squirrels might look cute, but they have sharp claws and teeth; they were damaging our property!) He sealed up the holes to our attic with metal plates. Lyle also removed all the squirrel droppings, sprayed disinfectant, and even removed a bird's nest he found next to one of the squirrel openings. Very thorough job. We highly recommend Critter Control to get rid of your critters!

We have been watching a live feed of 5 baby bluebirds in our birdhouse. This morning when we woke we were devastated to find a snake resting inside the house. We could see the largest bird was being held hostage, carefully wrapped by a snake with a bulging belly. 😭. We called Critter Control, and David was able to ID the snake from our picture. Within an hour of our call, he had removed the harmless snake and the mama and daddy birds were in and out feeding TWO babies once more. He was so kind, efficient and knowledgeable and treated our area to keep the healthy babies safe and sound. Cannot recommend CC more highly.

Had been told by insect pest control that I needed a “critter” control group! So called critter control… sooo thorough on all my roofs/ attics and around foundation… showed me pics of “ mouse” droppings in abundance!! Then told me no charge and to call back my insect pest control!!! They were a great group to work with!

Critter Control has been my go-to pest control service for years. Most recently, they removed two opossums from my attic that got in after my roof was damaged by a falling tree. Critter Control was super knowledgeable about the problem and how to fix it. Also, after catching the first opossum, they didn’t just leave, but instead kept their traps out in case there were any more present. One thing I appreciate about this company every time I’ve used them is they try to really solve the problem instead of just spraying chemicals around to chase pests away for a short time. Overall, highly recommended.

Very thrilled with immediate results. I've been trying to take care of my squirrel problem on my own and the only result has been they have enjoyed taunting me for my failed efforts. We called Critter Control and had 2 safely (albeit very annoyed) trapped squirrels in less than 20 hours. Wonderful technician, great service, and much more cost effective than repairing a bunch of potential damage. HIGHLY recommend!!!

They never called me back.

I called your company to come remove a snake from my back yard. Waited 45 mins while watching the snake to ensure it didn’t wonder off to somewhere else on the property. When the guy got here, he didn’t seem to expect that snake hadn’t left already. He also didn’t come prepared to handle a venomous snake even though I reported that it was a copperhead when I called in, so he had to return to the truck for more equipment. Once he got all of his equipment, he attempted to catch the snake but failed. He thought the snake would be “cold and move slower”. The snake went into a den it has within a 2 ft wall of cement pavers in the backyard. He sprinkled some snake away type of compound into the hole but the snake never came back out. Even though the guy came out and basically forced the snake to stay in my yard and for me to lose sight of it and peace of mind, I still had to pay the full service fee. I felt like I could’ve run the snake into the hole myself and saved nearly $200.

very bad experience with them, paid flat fee for removal of raccoon in chimney and they didn't get the job done. The guys needed more training to try different methods and kept doing the same thing for 2 weeks which never worked. Attempted to reach manager and calls were never returned. Very unprofessional service, would not recommend.
