If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did not authorize or schedule a termite inspection, yet this company still sent a technician to my house without my knowledge or consent. When I called to clarify, the customer service supervisor was extremely rude — she even yelled at me and claimed I didn’t understand her because of my accent, which I consider discriminatory and unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to know who is coming to my home and when, and to receive a service report, even if no issues are found. I’ve been with this company for over 3 years and was never disappointed until now. They claim the inspection was part of an “annual renewal,” yet no technician came for the past two years. Now they show up without notice, perform a service without permission, and refuse to provide proof that it was actually completed. Entering someone’s property without consent and performing a service could easily lead to legal consequences — this kind of action is completely unacceptable. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my service, I was told only that “someone would call me back.” No accountability at all — just blaming the customer. This is terrible customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I’m extremely upset and disappointed, and will be switching to a different company. Avoid this company — they do not respect their customers or their rights.

Clegg's removed a Racoon from my attic space. Could not have been more responsive. Cisco was point for Clegg coordinating inspections, racoon removal, damage removal, roof repair and insulation replacement.

Jay and Wesley installed a dehumidifier in our crawl space and sealed the vents. They did a good job, explained what they were doing and cleaned everything up when they left. Nice work!

Hands down the best and #1 pest control company. I have been using them for the past few years. Pete is my guy indoors and outdoors and for termite protection Dan is my guy. Teresa in the Charlotte office is personable, knowledgeable and AMAZING!! This crew is like family. I highly recommend this company.

We selected Clegg for termite treatment/contract (combination of bait station (25) and liquid) after speaking with 10 firms in CLT. As with many decisions, it came down to confidence with the overall package. For us this was a combination of the clarity of contract, products used, the termite bond, and most importantly the people. Dan DeMoss with Clegg was the most thorough, most professional inspector that I worked with. The team at Clegg has been great so far. We are early in our contract, but we feel very good with our decision to contract with Clegg, they appear to be large enough to have the necessary resources and staff to deliver and the treatment but family owned and intensely focused on delivering the right service for a fair price. One other crucial aspect for us is that Clegg has NOT SOLD OUT to a pack of greed focused private equity owners trying to consolidate companies within “recurring revenue service industry” in order to “merge, consolidate and maximize profit” (this was a key question for me with each company that I interviewed). As stated, we are in our 1st year with Clegg and so far we like what we see. Kudos Dan DeMoss!

Great pest control company. I've had the same tech for years and he is a 5 star rating. But don't have them do your crawl space encapsulation. That's a disaster. Call a pro who knows what they're doing. Poor communication, poor qaulity of material, and poor installation. They had to come out multiple times over several weeks and the work is still sub par. When you point out things they did wrong they argue with you and say it's worked in the past. This is my sump pump before they repaired it. And they still wouldn't bury the reservoir tank to ground level leaving it seversl inches above grade. See attached picture. When they repaired it, they did so with duct tape, not pvc glue. The French drain corrugated pipe was installed with no sleeve meaning it will eventually fill with debris and not drain properly. None of the PVC joints were glued initially and the discharge head was left above ground. Pest control - great. Anything else, run far and fast.

CLEGG’S has serviced our second home in OKI for a couple years. They have always done a fine job with our quarterly pest control maintenance. More recently, service technician Tammy has excelled in every way. She has made the coordination of someone being there to open the house very easy. She has a wonderful personality and does a thorough job of inspecting and maintaining our home to be pest-free. I highly recommend this company.
