Not only did they catch my attic squirrel, but they readjusted their strategy multiple times to make sure they not only got it the first time, but that they were absolutely certain nothing else was coming in. They came out every single day, had amazing communication with me throughout the entire process, and were extremely informative and just kind people. I can't recommend them enough!

I called at night, got a response within minutes, and Daxx was at our house the next morning. He removed a deer carcass from our crawl space, disinfected the area, and returned the next morning to fully sanitize. It was a big job, but they charged us the squirrel/possum fee. We had received a quote from another company for thousands of dollars after discovering a mouse issue that appeared to have been present before we purchased our home. We had these services with Charlotte Wildlife Removal back in 2023. They did a wonderful job then and now 2026. We started having bird sounds and we weren't sure if the birds came back somehow. Will was excellent! We moved recently and a small animal had died in the flowers beside our home. He came and removed it within 24 hours, at the best price of 6 places we were quoted - and then when we had a follow up request for a small wasp nest, they scheduled with me for next day removal. I have used them several times at home. Today in the office we had 2 baby birds trapped under an outdoor elevator. People have been trying for days to get them out of there. He was here- literally - within 5 minutes, and found a creative way for the birds to get out on their own. Every time I've used them, I've gotten a new education (today it was about the legalities of removing bats!)...this gentleman is a wildlife encyclopedia, and has always gone above and beyond. Super nice guy who always goes the extra mile.

Outside of having a copperhead next to the door to my house, this experience was nothing but the best. Service was amazing. Andrew was so friendly, came right away. We called several companies and no one would come out but Andrew came immediately. He removed the snake with no problem, gave us some great tips to keep them away and what to do when finding any other snake. He educated us on the specifics dangers and consequences of venomous snake yo children vs. adults. Cannot thank you all enough!

Andrew did a great job. He came out and assessed the situation. Gave us a quote. It was much more reasonable than some of the other companies I had called. He did the work, cleaned up, and even was kind enough to look at my neighbor's property to make sure they won't have the same squirrel issues.

Highly recommend this company for what they do. On time, great evaluation of our situation and an excellent approach to catching and removing six squirrels from my addict. Our technician named Wil was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our situation. Everything said and done no squirrels did necessary repairs to prevent them from coming back.
