Best pest control company hands down. I have been using John and his crew for about 8 years. They do a fantastic job and the communicate with you. John is extremely personable, professional and honest. No fluff in his business- never tries to push things you dont need or want. Excellent company to deal with!!

We got very lucky when we found John and his company! We have had a few services now and John and Zach have always been extremely thorough, knowledgeable, super friendly and professional and are all around awesome people! The customer service provided and the quality of work performed on our home is unbeatable. We have used a few other large companies for pest control and none have ever come close to our experience with this company!!! They treat the house correctly and get rid of bugs inside and outside and remove all nasty spider webs outside. Highly recommend!!

John came today and treated our house. I can't say enough. Many great things to say. First, very responsive. When you call you get the owner, not an operator. Second, timeliness and ease of scheduling. Third, thoroughness and honesty. Many pest companies charge without integrity. His rates are great and his knowledge is beyond compare. I am so glad I decided to switch from the big corporate bug guy to the local small business.

The owner came out today as he stated he does for all initial calls. I was a recent move in and attempted to use store products to keep the spiders and beetles at bay during the summer. Needless to say, there was a HUGE spider at my back door and a jumping one that got in my hair and I said nope! A previous client of his referred me via Nextdoor on Monday evening and he was at my house this morning (Wednesday). Gave me great information and reviewed the layout of the plan (I want quarterly service). There no frills and glitz and glamor, but there communication, hard work, education, affordability no selling you anything you don’t need and respect. I would highly recommend John or his team!

We have tried other pest control company’s to get rid of ants and still had problems. I call Charlotte Pest Inc and they came out right away and eliminated the pest. I now have them on a contract to spray quarterly. Awesome people.

John was able to come out to take care of a hornet's next at my home the same day I reached out. He was very thorough, taking care of all the wasps around the house. His prices are very reasonable, as well! I will definitely reach back out next time I need a pest treatment.

Awesome company!!! Been using them for a couple of years since we’re completely surrounded by trees. We need them but they always do a great job keeping our house free of bugs and pests. They also keep mosquitoes away. John and his staff are always professional and trustworthy.
