Wasps had made their way into our garage entry and my son got stung a few days ago, we found Charlotte Exterminating inc on Google and they provided excellent service!

Charlotte Exterminating came out to our Brewery a few weeks ago and helped us with tackling a German roach problem that our last provider just didn’t seem to be able to get a handle on. Their treatment has been like night and day for the activity we were previously seeing. Being in the food industry for 20 years I am truly impressed with this company. Charlotte Exterminating answered our call after hours, scheduled an inspection next day and serviced our home after prep work was completed we waited 3 weeks to leave a review to make sure we didn't see anything, THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. Call them for your bedbug treatment!

My fiance and I saw a roach upon moving into our house. I immediately contacted Charlotte exterminating and they came out the following Monday. They did a free inspection and a one time service. They were super helpful and responsive- we haven’t seen a live roach since! Would definitely recommend!

I purchased an interior and exterior general pest and they came out very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the chemicals they use and by me having pets they let me know that everything they used was pet friendly it would do no harm while my pets we outside or inside. Called to request an appointment and a time was given for next day. Come the appointment, I receive a text that a reschedule was needed for the next day and for me to confirm. I confirmed and they said they’d see me then. No one showed up so I called twice. They won’t answer the phone. Extremely unprofessional and they wasted two days in which I could have gotten the job done. There is no excuse for not communicating and no longer answering calls especially when I was no trouble after the first reschedule.
