Bugs Exterminating Inc

How frustrating! We have used this service for many years, they have always been prompt and very nice. However, lately, I don't know what is going on; we have had a very hard time getting in touch with them, none of the phone numbers seem to be working. We will have no choice but to switch exterminators and we would prefer to support a small local business over a bigger one...but we have questions and can't get in touch and have a time frame for a contract discount with a new service who only costs $5 more and only has to come out quarterly. Come on guys, give your customers a way to contact you!

If you are like me, when you look for someone to do a service you look at Google reviews and also call to find out how knowledgeable they are in the field and how competitive their prices are. We were looking for someone to come out to spray and I looked at google reviews for several companies and called to see how knowledgeable each were and how competitive their prices were. Bugs Or Us had one google review and it was 5 stars. They were extremely knowledgeable on the phone about the type of spraying they would do, what bugs it would cover and most importantly they didnt try to push us into doing a bi monthly spraying afterwards. Instead, he simply said if we saw additional activity after 3-4 weeks to call and we would reassess the need for additional spraying. The price was comparable and competitive to the other 5 or so companies I called and to my surprise, he was able to come out that same afternoon to complete our spraying. Afterwards, he called to give me an update on what he saw as he sprayed and answered all my questions. Upon our return home and over the next 24 hours we were able to see immediate results inside and outside the house. I would most definently recommend Bugs or Us over Orkin and even other local companies as their prices are lower and their service is speedy.
