Brock Exterminating always gives 100% to pest control. From timely service reminders, to arriving exactly on time, to searching inside and out and solving all pest control issues, to very reasonable pricing, they are the absolute best.

Called to get an estimate and the owner Tom was extremely rude and unprofessional because I said I was calling around to get a few estimates. That’s common when getting repairs ect done to your home. I wouldn’t call him back if he was half the price of anyone else

The truth is that when you call, typically Tom, one the owners, will answer. Tom is a 70 year old Vietnam purple heart marine veteran who smokes three packs a day. Think of Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino. Infact if you drive to the office and park in the grass he will probably yell "get off my lawn". Tom is not trying to be rude or insulting to anybody, Brocks donates to many charities and he would give you the shirt off his back if he felt you needed it, he just is who he is. So why does Tom answer the phone. Because he is an owner and thinks the caller will have a pest question that he is best qualified to answer since he's been in pest control since 1975. Or as he puts it " I was killing bugs when you were still bleeping in your diaper" except he doesn't say bleeping. So if you want pest service that is guaranteed to solve your problem without being forced to sign some long term pest service agreement contract. A company that services your whole house from attic to crawl, inside and out. A company that gives you a specific time for arrival and is there when they say. Call Brock Exterminating

very very rude no kinda of customer service at all!

I was very insulted by the way this company treated me. I called to get an understanding of what services were offered and the cost. After they told me typical service was every 3 months I asked if they would come back in between should I continue to see pests. They said their treatments only last 30 days but they do such a good job I wouldn't need them back before the next visit in 3 months. Not only did that not answer my question but how could a treatment that stops working after 1 month only need to be applied every 3 months? So I restated my question - would they come more frequently if necessary? Their response was Ma'am you need to call other pest control companies before calling us back and then hung up on me. This place came recommended from a friend of ours so perhaps they are a good company but be wary of anyone who can't answer simple questions from a potential new customer or even be polite in saying no.

I love these guys! They are a small local business and go above and beyond what i have experienced out of past exterminators. I have a pretty bad roach problem that the people before him could not seem to remedy. I explained to him what i was dealing with and he had it pretty much cleared up in 2 visits. He even got in the crawl space of the house and sprayed the foundation! Also sprayed the exterior around every window and door. All in all worth his minimal fee.
