Black Pest Prevention

This company is from Florida. Sent a door to door salesman to my new home in NC. Guy said it was a quarterly agreement. We set up a day and time for the first treatment. Nothing has hone the way the salesman explained. They tried coming at a different time. Serviced my home once then have tried to bill in excess of 10 days in a row for a service I haven't received yet. Tried calling them on the weekend after receiving a text....nope no one there. They can message you on the weekends but give their employees family time. Its too bad the corporate/office side doesn't take as much pride as their salesman/techs. If things went the way as explained I would have stayed with this company. Unfortunately their office/customer service is horrible.

I have used Black Pest service technicians ever since I bought my home 12 years ago. They are friendly, efficient and have great customer service. I highly recommend Black Pest. It's now been 14 years. I like the job they do.

I had an excellent experience with this pest control service. The technician, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to make sure every nook and cranny was properly treated. His attention to detail really stood out, and I felt confident the job was done thoroughly. Service with a smile!! The customer service was just as impressive—from the young lady who helped me schedule my appointment to Alex completing the treatment. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I am big on customer service and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had with a pest control company. I will definitely be a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you!

1st time using Black Pest and was very pleased with the service. Alex was the tech that came out. He was very professional and helpful with our situation. He called when he was on his way. I most definitely will be using Black Pest again in the future. And will be requesting service from Alex.

Black Pest has been our pest control company for many years. Their techs answer any questions we have and they are total professionals. I have complete confidence in their service. From sweeping down spider webs to being able to identify any strange insects they are the best.

The service providers are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Keep going up on prices every 6 months. The techs are good but very disappointed in them with the increases. Cannot recommend them.

I am very happy with Black's Pest Control. Our home used to have moths so bad. After Black Pest Control started treating our house, there is not a moth to be found in the house. What a difference it makes not to be embarrassed when company is visiting.
