All About Animals NC - Squirrel Removal & Wildlife Removal

Shane did a great job removing our squirrel family in our attic- including one that was about to have babies! We haven’t had any critters since and are grateful for the service.

If I could leave zero stars I would. These guys are scammers and come out to your house one time after getting paid in full. We have squirrels in our attic which we wanted removed We paid the company and they came out once after putting holes in the boards and damaging my roof like the last reviewer said with a cage..After that didn’t work I called them numerous times to come back out to do their job in catching these squirrels which they got fully paid for over $800 I can still hear them in the attic now it’s been a nightmare I’m going to the bbb and filing a small claims against these guys we are out of money and still have rodents running around in our attic We called and texted numerous times without an answer Smh

Great service. Shane and his team did a great job removing a family of squirrels in our attic. He also did an amazing job repairing the area they damaged to get into my attic. We highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed! Shane came out because we had a ton of bats flying around our property. He got in the attic and said he heard “squeaking“! He told us he needed to install a one way door and would be out to remove it in a few days. We were ghosted and he never showed back up. I called 2 weeks later he was on vacation and he would come out when he got back home. Never heard from him again! To make matters worse he put holes in our roof and my husband got on the roof to remove the so called one way door. All he did was screw a piece of gutter to the house! There was no cut out for a one way door at all. There was never anything in the attic. He was at our house for 20 min and charged 500 dollars for holes in our roof no door no bats to even be removed. Not only that but he did not even have the decency to come back out and finish the job. I do not recommend this business at all. Please look at the photos below.

Shane did a squirrel job for me last month and I could not ask for a better job. I would recommend him and his company to any one looking for that type of work.

Terminex gave us Shane’s number. He came out, assessed the situation, and set up traps. He told us there were six places squirrels had accessed our attic. Left traps, came back to retrieve, and repaired all places they had made to enter our attic. No more scratching in the attic! Shane was polite and left no signs of his being here (trash, damage to shrubs or house). We gladly recommend him!

I got a new squirrel removal guy out here.. he found that the work "all about animals" has done has proven to be insufficient, so he needs to re do whats been done. It's been months and "all about animals" has never made a return visit.. just took the money and ran..patrons beware!

It pains me to write a review of this nature. I made the mistake of hiring All About Animals NC to remove squirrels from my attic. After he provided a contract, I paid the down payment of $1500 and SHANE of All About Animals NC assured the work would be started the next day. The following day Shane did not show up to start the work and did not respond to phone calls or texts. He finally responded to a text and assured he would be starting the job the next business day and never showed up and did not respond to phone calls or text messages. The google reviews of this business are very misleading and positive. Be sure to check out all reviews of this business on the BBB. There are a significant number reviews of this business scamming customers.

Shane came out to remove some mice and squirrels that made their way into the attic. Quickly laid out the removal plan and promptly began the work - came out a week later to finish up and take payment upon completion. Happy with the service and warranty.

Shane and company were very responsive to my problem (raccoon in the attic) and had the traps set out shortly after i called. Also did a good job of blocking the point of entry. I would definitely recommend Shane and All About Animals.

Shane did an amazing job removing the bats from our attic. He showed up the next day after we called and explained every detail of what he was doing. We couldn’t be happier with how professional he was and how good of a job he did. If you need any form of pest removal Shane is your guy!

Honestly, I don't know if I could ask for a better experience! We had a family of squirrels take up residence around our front porch area that we wanted gone. Shane was extremely transparent with his pricing, process, and timing. During the entire process I knew what he had done and what he was planning on doing. He consistently asked for my feedback based on his approach, and never did anything I wasn't comfortable with. It was...a dream. He even did some minor repairs to the areas the squirrels caused damage to, and unless you're looking with a magnifying glass, you'd never know we had a squirrel problem. He'll without a doubt be my go-to pest/rodent control contact for me and my extended network in Charlotte. Thanks, Shane!

Shane and is his work are Amazing. I called him on a Friday afternoon for Bats in one of clients attics and he was out first thing Saturday morning. He was prepared when he came out to inspect the attic and immediately had a resolution plan and fair/reasonable price for my clients. Shane had great communication with us through the entire process and I will definitely recommend him and his company for any wildlife removal needs for me or my clients in the future!

Great service…would not take final payment until job was finished

We had a squirrel (s) running around in the attic Saturday morning. We reached out to 8 animal control companies, some advertising 24 hour service. Shane was the only one willing to come out that day. He did initial plugging and set traps. He returned several days later to secure the openings under 8 roof/dormer interfaces. If we had to wait until Monday, there is a good chance we would have had to deal with a nest of baby squirrels as well. He and Mike were very professional and thorough in dealing with the issue.

Mike and Shane were exceptional, they were very efficient and informative, I called numerous companies and was not satisfied with them either not returning my call or didn't seem to want my business. As a customer service manager for 30 plus years, understanding great customer service is a key component in how I chose to spend my money on services needed. I was truly sold with my initial coversation with Shane and felt confident to give him my business. I am more than pleased with the service rendeted and I'm glad that the other companies didn't call me back. Very satisfied customer 👌🏾 😀

We had a family of squirrels living under our gutters. Shane came out within 24 hours. He realized where they were getting in without me telling him. He made a trap and installed it. Quick and professional!

Called this guy about issues with snakes in my yard. Told me he would call me back that day to schedule an appointment. Never heard back. I called again the next day and left a voicemail. Never received a call back.

Shane is outstanding. I was referred to him by another pest control company when I needed to have live birds removed from my vents in my home. I texted Shane and he responded within 20 minutes. First of all, I am a huge fan of responsiveness. I hate when you contact a company and are trying to give them YOUR money for a service and they take forever to call you. So, immediately I felt good about Shane. He thoroughly explained how he would resolve the issue - including things I had no idea about. For example, he said that he would remove all nests, spray for mites and clean out the ducts. He explained that all ducts had to be cleared because the birds are territorial and will just move to another location in my home. His price also including sealing up the vents. Shane came out and completed the job the day after I spoke to him. This was awesome because I was worried about having dead birds in my ducts. The day of, he was running a bit late but called me to say that - I really appreciate that he respected my time. He arrived, did the job and then called me once it was complete (I was at work). He again explained what he did and said that he found several nests which he laid in the yard and busted the eggs. He put them there so that I could see what he had done. His price was very reasonable in my opinion and definitely in line with other businesses who do the same thing (I did my research). I highly recommend Shane - I would 100% use him again but I hope that I never have to!!
