Today there was a bee in the living room...and then 🐝🐝...and then 🐝🐝🐝. Then they could be heard buzzing in the cabinet above the microwave.😲 Thankfully Eric at Tri-X Pest Management came to the rescue, at almost 5 o'clock on a Sunday and from across town. I cannot tell you what a relief that was, considering there are two people in this house who are allergic to bees, one of which is deathly so.

Eric was quick to respond during the quoting process and his price was considerably lower than other 3 companies that came by to give me an estimate to fix my pigeon problem. Well… it’s been a day so far and I have seen zero pigeons today and I normally get 5-8 hanging out here. He removed old degraded solar mesh guards and replaced them with superior material that protects the area a lot better. He cleaned up the existing mess on the roof as well as on the ground and sprayed disinfectant where it was needed. So far I’m very happy with the service he provided! I’ll post some before and after pics here.

He was able to spray the outside of our hose right away and was very professional. We only paid for one application. I owe these people MY LIFE. I also owe a better, longer review soon, but for now I will say this. The reassurance from them was just astonishing. It was so helpful. Trudy and Eric are AMAZING people. They are so helpful and curious as to figure out the situation to the best of their ability in order to help in the best way possible. I understand that being nearly - or maybe a complete (lol - arachnophobe) can be overkill for pest control folks. However, despite the time they've been doing this, they obviously haven't cut corners. Eric was so meticulous knowing that not only my items were being taken care of perfectly, but also that my peace of mind was so healthy. Eric also provided vital information prior to even confirming an appointment with them! He also provided important info after the appt was complete, knowing it would help me become a better consumer in this world. Trudy- again !- I need to thank you. You are just THE SWEETEST. Is anyone sweeter?! You have a heart of gold and this type of stuff is so terrifying that, when someone such as yourself is involved, it makes it SO much more easy and relaxed. They seriously went above and beyond, so much so that this review isn't even good enough yet. I need to edit it when I get a second.

I was recommended them by a friend for them to do my business and rentals. They were very unprofessional and did not rectify the problem and when I said that I would file a bad review with BBB Eric Clapper replied we just deny it and my good reviews will override it had to hire another company and I recommend that you don't use them at all also he hit on one of my employees all around a terrible company to do business with sorry had to come to this and I hope they can improve they're quality of work

I have been using Tri-X for a little over a year. They are prompt and courteous. They always advise if they find any issues and happy to say there have been no issues!

I’ve been very pleased and highly satisfied with the service I receive from Tri-X. Eric is particular great, always responsive, always friendly, always professional. Regular pest inspection and management has been perfect as has as hoc services such as spikes on our windows to deter birds.

Eric was very professional and proactive when it came to making us feel comfortable in our own home. He came out for the first time in April for the exterior of our house. A few weeks later, my wife found a dead roach in our house, so he came out the next day and sprayed the interior. Very fast and he made a great effort to make us feel safe in our house again. Summer is insect time here in Vegas and I'm glad we got him on our side.
