Bulwark Exterminating

This company used to be great. They must be using new cheaper formula because what they use now has no impact on scorpions. They’ve also started to nickel and dime their customers. When I started using them they were like $45. Now they charge me $110. Most recently I said that I’ve been seeing a lot of activity around my fence line. They said that requires a “fence fee” and charged me another $20. Go with another company. You’ll get better results, more frequent and personalized care and it’ll b

Seemed like the company was going to be a great place to find the service needed. Unfortunately, not everyone on the same wavelength. Tristan was kind enough to speak about services provided and it really all seemed good, but they don't provide the service in certain outlying areas. So, after a run around with Brandon and another Brandon, and a very lengthy call with Tristan- not knowing all what the company provides- it was time to dismiss Bulwark for the company choice. I've been a client of Bulwark for about 20 years. I've referred probably 100 clients to them, and I know of 30-40 who became their customers due to my referrals. Until about a year ago, they would have gotten 5 stars, glowing reviews, and accolades, but in the last year I've been sorely disappointed. There have been multiple issues and problems with the customer service recently. Just one example: I found out in March that they didn't come for service to one of our rental properties. In re
