I just wanna say this family owned business is the best in town!!! They have been my go to for a while now. We had a rat problem at our new house and they ran um out no more issues!!! They are honest and always on time and if you need them sooner they will be there ! I also used them at my old house and never seen a bug after them . This is the second year we have used Genuine for weed control on our acre lot. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and I love that if anything grows the rest of the year i can just call and they will come back and spray (included in annual initial fee) Last year we had a lot of yucky tumble weeds or whatever they are called before they tumble. It take a couple weeks for the bigger ones but they are killed all the way to the root for much easier removal. This year we hardly had anything

I can not express how happy we have been with the service that Brandon provides to our home & our ranch. We have been using 1TUF Pest Control going on 4 years for bug control, 2 years for weed control & we have never had any issues. He text the day before with a reminder & always shows up when he says he is.
