We have been customers of Eco-Gen for many years. When we first moved from Hawaii to Las Vegas, we tried 2 different companies. Servicemen changed all the time. We switched to Eco-Gen based on their quality customer service. You are assigned to the same employee, so you don't have to instruct different employees all the time. Our serviceman is Joaquin and he is prompt, professional and thorough. We once had an ant problem, and he came back between our regular scheduled visits to treat the area. Today he came to spray wasp nests! There is no additional charge for follow-ups. We highly recommend Eco-Gen!

3.5 is my rating My experience w eco gen has been just ok. I can’t stress enough of the positive impact Rob has left (the tech) he sprayed everywhere. Very thourough. He even gave sticky traps and offered to perform tasks that he didn’t even have to do. He was very respectful when I told him I don’t need the mosquito nets or whatever they are…same things I was damn near pushed to get since I’d be getting a “better deal”. Even though I stated ,repeatedly I don’t have mosquitos so I don’t need them…. The sales person is a great salesman but very pushy. Giving me all the reasons why I should get them. I have no doubt that their product is effective. The communication is everywhere, they have 100 different phone numbers and company names I can’t keep up. They call they don’t leave names you can’t call the numbers directly , I had already set up my card information but I had another girl calling me asking did I want to be put on a payment plan or pay in full. She left a message. Like My card is on file just charge it. They offer a healthy home inspection which was never done scheduled but never showed or called. I would assume that would be done before spraying but never came even after changing the time and attempt to reach out. Even if someone couldn’t make it it’d be nice to notify the customer. There is a possibility someone else didn't t do their job as to scheduling but who knows. I told the sales guy( sorry, I can’t remember his name) no let’s discontinue service, he did his best to save the sale ( as he’s supposed to ) affecting his commission I’m assuming. however, I wasn’t a fan of sales tactic at all… was friendly, did engage, did relate w the client. . didn’t take it out of the system. So they were trying to charge my card a few times. I told them I’d keep a great review but I’m at my wits end by my account attempted of being charged multiple times due to their error. It’s just a mess… not bad people just needs to be organized a bit better and a little training

Watch out for these 5 star review joints.. When you call them they will ask for all of your personal information to sell it. $200 for a first time treatment.. Guaranteed for only 30 days.. Sign a contract for them to just show up whenever even though bugs are scarce during the cooler months.. No thanks..

when you start working with this company they allow them self to show up in to your yard when ever they want and after i canceled the service they keep on coming back to my house and enter the yard with out my permission and if you'll check your camera you'll found out that all the time they say that they sprayed when you where not at home they just walk in the yard with out spray or anything. .they are not professional or honest company to work whit
