I would’ve given five stars: the service technicians are wonderful and knowledgeable. We have been almost totally bug free since starting them and they are very good about coming out right away if we notice any activity. The reason for knocking off a star is due to their phone service. They used to be called red rock pest control and it was much easier to call and speak to somebody. We were told that someone would come to check in on the house, but never came inside after the initial visit. Then we wouldn't know if they stopped by because they never checked with the person in the house.
