Blake did an outstanding job servicing our home with Moxie Pest Control. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to talk to from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions with confidence, and showed that he was very knowledgeable about the service he was providing. What stood out most was how thorough he was — he really took his time and made us feel like our home was in great hands. Impossible to get ahold of on the phone unless they call you demanding payment, they don't show up when they say they're going to show up. And then they show up randomly when you're not ready. Still had ants afterwards. I do not recommend this company

These people claim to be the best but are nothing but “pests” themselves. I cancelled service and they still charge me for a final service, which they never did as my gates are locked and I was not home. I even told the service tech to not ever come back as I cancelled the time before that. Save your money and sanity and go with the trusted company I had before. Who by the way always made sure I never saw any insects. Since going with moxie, I see bugs all the time. Gross. Never again!

your technician came to do a pest service spray around the house. The service that was request was supposed to be an attic service for pest. He did not have a ladder and was unaware that that’s what he was supposed to do. Extremely disappointed in your service. Please cancel any future service. I’ll find another provider.

We were with bulwark for years. The service was great, but we had a very motivated salesperson come to our door.We thought we’d give them a shot at moxie. That was the first mistake as we were never told of the contract we were signing into. Definitely a buyer beware situation. Long story short we pay for two companies to kill bugs and only one actually works. Wish we wouldn’t have budged from bulwark.
Moxie pest control is garbage. Don’t sign up, you will regret it. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to treating wasps. They came back 3 separate times and puffed some powder onto the problem. I told them I need someone in a bee suit with hardcore wasp killer. They didn’t listen. Total rip off service.

Great technicians but terrible management. Had Moxie for years, decided to cancel after finding a cheaper and better service. Called and spoke to a rep who tried to retain me after I explicitly mentioned multiple times I wasn’t interested and wanted to end my contract. Eventually wore him down enough that he processed the cancellation…or so I thought. A week later they send me an email confirming I have an appointment for the following day. I call the service number, and the automated system tells me they have no record of an appointment. I finally get through to a real person who informs me that do have me scheduled, and they have no record of my cancellation. They also tell me the account manager is gone (3pm on a Thursday) and will get back to be in 5 business days, which I found unacceptable. I escalated it and was assured I would be called back that day. I never got a call back, and when I called again, found that phone lines were closed at 4pm. A truly untrustworthy and scummy company.

Place is a scam. 5 months in, and we have more ants and spiders than EVER before. They kept saying "it takes time to work".... I'm sorry 5 months is more than enough time! We have canceled and MONTHS later they still take money out and we spend over an hour on the phone getting our money back. We have the paperwork and the email stating we are canceled with a 0 dollars balance. And they still randomly take money out and make it a whole process to get it back! SCAM!

Apparently reading is a hard skill to come by for this company. This sign and the no solicitation sign are clearly posted because I work nights and do not want people bothering me while I sleep. If they are hurting this bad for sales that seems like a pretty big red flag

Salesman told me I could “cancel anytime” if I was not satisfied. Each time they come bugs keep walking around the inside of our home. They scheduled to come on a Saturday without telling me. When I found out about it I asked for a different Saturday so they can come inside again. They ignored my request and just did the outside. When I showed them what the sales person showed me they are making me pay 80% and get nothing out of it even though their products don’t work. Update 9/14/23: took them two weeks to finally replay back with the only solution is to pay $400 cancellation. We have had more spiders, roaches and now mice on the inside and outside of our home since the last service. I tried to email like I was asked to and when they got back to me two weeks later. Some of the people are really nice to work with, Felicia was very rude. All in all stay away.

Salesman told me I could “cancel anytime.” This is true, however the page to sign on did not show an 80% charge of the rest of your contract to cancel. Nor did the salesman explain this. Also I have yet to receive contact from moxie or receive my $25 Amazon gift card after my Instagram post after it’s been 7 days. I’m willing to change/remove my reviews. I just want out of my contract and not have to pay $500 to do so.
