I been served twice by this company for bad case of roaches(Which were here before I moved in, Got screwed by the realtor company/landlord). Seeing activity everyday only to be told my case wasn’t severe yet I’ve been seeing nothing but an increase in pest activity since being serviced. To the point where I can’t even really use my kitchen at all because I have to constantly kill roaches and it is just truly disgusting and unsanitary.

I don't know how they are getting positive reviews shooting poison all over the house. The customers probably have cancer by now. This pest company company is useless. Quit wasting our time. We were spent alot of hours getting the house ready for your company and you want to break the sealed off closet We closed off and deny to do the job. Quit wasting our time.. We dont need your pest control services. We took care of the problem already safely and effectively. I don't know why the apartment complex here hires these jokers. They are all about money and contracts, please get out of here.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We have certain guidelines and requirements in place to be sure that the service we have provided is as effective as possible. When treating for certain issues, we need to have access to all parts of the unit to ensure that there isn't a place that is missed, causing a re-infestation. This is not just to be an inconvenience. This all should have been explained ahead of time through our preparation sheet. It sounds like you have attempted your own treatment, and I hope that works, but please let us know and be prepared for treatment so we can more effectively fix the issue.
DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!!!! Unfortunately I had to fire this company, they "sale" you a great service BUT the performance is way below average for double the price. I don't mind paying if I get what I need, instead all you get is lip service. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!!!!! This is just another big talk little work scamm!!! My name is not in your database because the account is under my wife name, so TY for the reply but you still a BAD COMPANY and a scam!!!! DO NOT USE THEM! I had to do this myself

This is the second time Donald has come to spray and only did the outside. It’s summertime and more bugs. We are not happy with your service.

Our technicians typically provide interior spraying upon request in order to make service as convenient as possible, but we are more than happy to provide it every service. Suppose to have a tech today to look for bees a freebe if I didn’t call an hour after he was suppose to come Chasen customer service guy made appt so they never considered calling me to let me know in a meeting otherwise would of waited for nothing!!!!!!! Goodbye to them some place got disconnected 2x

Truly awful company that’s quick to take your money and utterly unresponsive in every other way. They use inhumane glue traps and refuse to respond to claim the pests! Call their emergency line & you get a voicemail box. How they hold 5 stars is a mystery that reeks like their malfeasance.

We are very sorry for the problems that you were having at your business. Hopefully we have been able to resolve those for you as we were out there that same morning that you called. If you ever need anything, please reach out and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
We have used Preventive over 10 years and the techs have been great whether it be bugs, pigeons or weeds. BUT canceled all service due to an unreasonable charge of weed service of $118.86 for one visit before the billing (7/7/20) for a biannual service of $225. Basically I canceled the weed service about a month before because we started to build a pool, deck and other yard upgrades the first part of August. I was told ok and then forgot about it thinking I didn’t have to pay for the upcoming 6 months. Then, I get a call that I was 60 day outstanding bill. Thought it was an error as I pay all bills each month. After the frustrating conversation, Myra, the office person, said the lowest is 1/2...the price... since I did owe the full amount because they paid the tech. This seemed very unreasonable since 1- I didn’t think I owed because when I initially called to cancel, I was not told that I had a balance. 2- even if I owed for 1 service visit for a service contract that allowed any number of visits for a 6 month period, a reasonable fee would have been something that is fairly proportioned. I got frustrated since she didn’t seem to understand proportions so I told her to just bill me the 1/2 of the weed service and close the account. As you can see that she added a late charge when sending me the final bill. That’s just sad. Sorry Mick; we will not be seeing you again.

We are sorry to see you go. As mentioned in previous conversations, the service that you owed for was completed before you cancelled. We were not charging for any work that was not completed already, and we discounted the service for you when we were not required to by any form of agreement, simply as a show of good faith. You should have gotten multiple statements in both the mail and e-mail about the balance on the account so if that did not happen, I can apologize for that as well. We strive for high quality customer service and are sorry that we couldn't agree on this situation.
I moved in on the 1st and found out I have roaches, Preventive Pest Control came and treated my condo and it is the 17th and we have seen at least a dozen. No preventive services just spaying, coming from nextdoor so they will never be able to stop them from coming back. I will be looking for a company that will look for treating the problem and not just mask it. I'm very disappointed will the method of treatment.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, SCAM. Had more bugs after they sprayed. Having them respray ineffective bug spray is pointless. Technicians would claim to have come by and sprayed when we are not present but with our giant locked gate I don't believe they provided the service they billed me for. We were scammed.
