Would quite literally never recommend this place to anyone. The sales team used fear mongering, pressure, and deceptive information to coax me into a contract that I ended up cancelling as soon as the tech left (who was the only good part about this, Chris was amazing tech and was the only honest person from this company I spoke with). Was told the service was going to be $99 and in the contract where it said $399, was explained to me that was the amount you would get charged if you cancelled your contract prior to the 12 months being up. As soon as the tech left I was emailed a receipt for $399. I called customer service and in so many words was told the sales tech essentially lied about this. They offered a refund as a check in the next 30 days but were unable to provide any written receipt or confirmation of this. I then called back same day to have them cancel the contract which they did and I have also called my bank to put a stop to any charges to this company because I do not trust them. In the initial phone call I should have trusted my gut because I thought it was weird they were asking for my account info and in my opinion was led to believe credit cards were not an option. I have no idea how a business can be this shady and absolutely disgusting in how far they will try to take advantage of people. Also, if you’re looking for REAL unpaid reviews go to Yelp. The reviews on here are very clearly paid for which adds to the unethical nature of this business.

He did a thorough job treating both the interior and exterior of my home, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I really appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail. Aptive does a great job at up keeping the pest control at my home. They are punctual, affordable and always update me as to the status of the work they do at my home. Chris sprayed my home for outside bugs and it helps especially during the warmer months.

I love my pest control company! I am terrified of crawling bugs and critters, i have seen none since i hired them. I love the quarterly service! And the technicians are always helpful and friendly. Brandon was here today and provide excellent customer service. I have pets and a desert tortoise the spray has not affected them!!!

I’m only giving four stars. I had a lot of bugs the last couple weeks….. I don’t know what you’re doing. I’m at work. I get a text message saying that you’re coming over to spray today. Nobody gave me any notice. I’m not there. You can’t get in my garage. You can’t get into my backyard. Why is this even happening?
The technician showed up and rang the doorbell. We didn’t hear the doorbell and the technician just walked away. Never made a phone call. Never reached out to see if we wanted to have the treatment.

Definitely not recommended. Technician came to do a treatment to my yard, rong the bell and saw that nobody thare, and then he just left Although he needed to do the treatment when we are not at home. After that the company sent us the confirmation of the treatment that the technician "gave us" today.. This is why we have bugs and stuff for the last few months, and we didnt know... I saw everything on cameras and they still charged me for that and charged me for cancelation of the contract between us! Do not do business with a company that do not know to take responsibility on their actions!!! Very very disappointed!

Have not hired this company, but they do door-to-door sales and their representative blatantly ignored the "no soliciting" and "do not ring" signs on my house. I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEIR EMPLOYEES CAN'T EVEN READ why would I trust them with chemicals around my family? Completely disrespectful and upsetting, especially on the weekend.
I set up pest control with Aptive and they came in March and again in April. No visit this month, so I called them and got AN OVERSEAS CALL CENTER!!! They then proceeded to inform me that my service is quarterly. I pay $60 EVERY MONTH. $60 per visit is on par with normal services, particularly since they spend less than 15 minutes per visit. IN NO WAY IS IT WORTH $180 PER VISIT!!! This company is simply not worth the money!

Hi Aptive, Your rep came on Saturday, February 22nd, on his hoverboard. He was solicitng. On his way out, he hit the corner of the exterior of the house and took a chunk out of it. I have this on video and have posted it on Neighbor, that's how we were able to identify your company. The video clearly shows him causing the damage. I have reached out to you on multiple occasions via phone and email. I only get replies that this has been escalated. I have requested for a call back and you have not reached out to me. I have provided you with photos and video of the incident. You need to be responsible and accountable for the damage your representative caused. This is unacceptable. Accidents happen, but the fact that you are not taking ownership and accountabily, that's disturbing.

Stop coming to Boulder City and soliciting. I’ve had the same guy now come to my home three times. They will ring, knock the door, and then ring the doorbell again. Not to mention they’re rolling around on my property on a freaking scooter of all things. If you’re going to solicit these days, at least be respectful, come once, and leave a card or something. If anything I’m never going to use this company because they’ve disrupted my work day THREE TIMES now. Please stop.

This company sucks so bad. They are crooks. I signed up for quarterly service about 4 years ago. Since then they have scheduled my service every 2 months EVERY time and I have had to call and reschedule for 3 months EVERY time. I finally got fed up and called to cancel and was promised a free service for all 3 of my properties and I just got billed for all 3!!! And to make it even better they just rescheduled my service again for next week when they just did the service last week! How many people have been getting screwed over and paying for 6 treatments a year instead of the 4 that were agreed to? That’s a LOT. Of extra revenue being collected by these crooks. Also how can you treat the inside and outside of a house in less than 10 min? I watched the guy on camera not even go in my backyard and then he lied to my face and said he treated the entire backyard. Crooks crooks crooks. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Use a different service. I stupidly signed a 1 year contract. I has only one positive experience. Bugs return extremely fast after spraying. Technicians are very dim bulbs. Don't acknowledge communication when you state you don't want to renew your contract. Phone people are just as dense as the technicians.
