They were amazing until 1st my normal tech left the company and the next person didnt do what was asked and expected. It was straightened out but with some pushback from the tech which didnt sit well with me. Then they called me to collect payment after i had cancelled services with them. They claim the call was to see how i liked my services. Which i told her the service was ok then the lady wanted to try and argue with me. I was going to continue my services at a later date but this phone call changed all of that.

I have been using RedRock Pest control since 2018 for peace of mind because my daughter and I hate any kind of bug! The only thing I don't like about the service is when the scheduler transfer's me to sales without my consent to try yes try to get me to pay more! but good thing I speak what's in my best interest. Service is always FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY!!!! I always recommend to family and friends.

Corporate greed has claimed another victim. Red Rock pest control now doing business as Las Vegas pest control. In the last 2 weeks, I've killed 8-9 scorpions, a large black widow, and many water bugs. I'm realistic and understand you will never get rid of scorpions in the desert. You get rid of the food source and minimize the scorpions to hopefully only see them outside. Well, Las Vegas pest control has raised their prices and seemed to have lowered their expenses on chemicals and sticky traps. The chemicals are not the same as what Red Rock used. We'd maybe see 3-4 scorpions outside all summer long under Red Rock and no other bugs. I have 2 small boys and a scorpion sting or black widow bite could mean a trip to the ER or worse. This company has a large sprayer on their truck yet they use only the pump spray when coming out. Red Rock always used the large sprayer. I have spoke to one tech who explained they do jump around with the chemicals they use. Again, prices go up and they look for ways to make a larger profit. It's not just the chemicals. Unless we ask, they never change out the sticky traps in the garages. There is so much debris built up that scorpions could just walk across ours but unless we ask they just spray quickly and move on. So they save money on not only the chemicals and the amount of chemical used but also the sticky traps. Las Vegas pest control must be proud of their yearly profits cause I know the customers aren't. We've spoken to some of the other neighbors where we see their trucks and they have the same complaints. Like I tell everyone, social media is a tool for us so USE IT! Let others know the issues you are dealing with. Don't let companies get away with higher prices and lower quality work. I'm so done with this tactic ever since inflation went sky high! Do your research but know reviews can be bought on Google. Always check the BBB, Yelp and Facebook. If your having issues and they won't fix those issues but take your money promptly post those reviews everywhere and go to the BBB. If a company is not accredited with the BBB it's probably for a reason! Las Vegas pest control how about you make your quality match your newly inflated prices!

This company charged me money after telling me my next service would be free due to past issues I had. After confronting them, they said they would issue a refund but we’re now almost 20 days since this happened and I have not received my money back. If I could give 0, I would. This company was bought and merged with another in town and ever since that happened, the service took a major hit. They would just show up with about 20 minutes’ notice even after I asked them for a few days’ notice to make sure I was able to get home from work.

So I had Derek come out as my technician I don’t remember the gentleman who gave me the quote over the phone but I know he passing over to Jamie who is super helpful as far as billing and explaining this service to me for like the fifth time as I had so many questions and it was really freaking out over the fact that I found one scorpion and they literally did same-day service discounted the price for me for my initial service and most of all they were kind with me and a technician that came out was so amazing and I would love to request him honestly to come out update : as much as I enjoyed the service it for very unorganized with paying fees and even pulling my balance and getting m husband to lay when I advised him no That they for the last 5 visits showed and sprayed for 2 seconds near my front door knowing I want them to come inside . I am more hurt they sucked my husband to pay with his condition . every time if that would be possible anyways the value professionalism quality responsiveness and punctuality of this company along with a wonderful customer service ! I highly recommend this company to the community of Las Vegas I am definitely a customer for life thank you guys for everything you did and not to mention in the same day you are amazing

Routine service

Red Rock Pest Control is hands down the best service provider and bug exterminators! They respond quickly to my panic calls whenever I mistake a piece of lint for a bug! If there was ever a bug problem before they come to service a home, there is no sign of them after their service. I feel so much better knowing my home if protected from any insects and critters and know I can count on them anytime! Thank you Red Rock Pest Control for your amazing service techs and top of the line protection insects and critters!

If you need pest control services in Las Vegas don't call anyone else. I've had a few of them and they all are horrendous. Red rock pest control is amazing they take care of your concerns they're always on time and very courteous. They are not the typical one person in a truck that you hope does a good job. If you have a question you can call, they always answer the phone. I have referred about 10 people to them and everyone has had the same experience I have. Not only have I used them for pest control, they have also cured my pigeon problem. They did an amazing job blocking out all the areas in the house they could nest in. They cleaned all the debris out also. It looks amazing and you can't even tell its there. Also don't forget to ask for your veterans discount. 😊

They are highly knowledgeable. I even had a chair in my garage for a couple of weeks to bring into the house and the Red Rock man turned it over and checked for spiders and sprayed just to be safe. Ge also put a trap by an opening in the garage so next visit we can see what kind of critters might be coming in. I could not be more pleased.

We bought a house it was infested with roaches but we got red Rock pest control who got rid of them an now my house is ok n the price was good ty red Rock pest control. We have not seen bugs in 5 an half years inside n out n there chemicals are safe for animals.

This review is strictly concerning their website. The site has a massive amount of information on various pests, which is great, the more you know, right?!? The pricing is a bit vague, you won't know the actual pricing until an inspection is done.
