They spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me first, then another 30 minutes walking the property and inspecting everything, and Carlos never rushed the process. What really impressed me was the honesty. They didn’t even charge me the inspection fee, and instead took the time to explain what I was seeing and what had already been done correctly on the house. They showed me how there had been very professional work done on the roof in the past, and that the rat droppings I found after opening my ceiling were most likely old and not an active issue. I located Carlos online due to reviews such as I am about to post. Rapid Rodent Removal aka Carlos is an amazing one man show. He has incredible insight into all things Rodent. Other companies find some "droppings", set a trap, and when they catch one they are done. Carlos has incredible insight into "nope this is not the only entrance they are getting in at", "there are more" and compassion regarding the customer's stress. Our regular exterminator tried (ants & bugs) tried but this job needed a specialist. Carlos was instrumental in not only doing his part of the job, he assisted us in getting all competent fixed in the way of great roofing guys to repair broken tiles, and other attic entrances which he facilitated. Wonderfully, he provided pictures and videos from our roof, and attic, providing extensive proof of the issues. THANK YOU CARLOS!!! (PS...
