I am circling back after 9 years as a customer with Progressive Pest Control to give them this 5 stars because they are always "on-time." Best of Everything... Chungtao Lee My technician Jaime is very professional. He is almost always on time. Will I recommend this pest control company to new incoming residents? The answer is YES. Oh but I am still trying to get rid of these tiny Springtails. I hope they have a solution soon. 4.7 stars close to 5.

Progressive Pest does our entire complex and then I have them come to my own unit every other month. They're on time, give good service, fair prices and always come if extra service is needed, for no additional charge

I've used Progressive Pest Control since 2006. When moving into my house then, I found roaches and called them. They began spraying on a monthly basis and the problem was soon gone. I really haven't had any issues in all the time since, but I continue to use them to ensure that things continue as they are. They are profession always and reasonably priced and I would encourage anyone to use their services. As far as I'm concerned they are the best in town!

They have taken care of my mother in laws house for many years. Started using them and appreciate why they have such good reviews. Prompt, friendly and very good at communicating. Would absolutely recommend. 👍

Tell your driver to learn how to drive. He cut me off damn near, causing an accident. I have his license plate number. Almost sent me slamming into another car into a construction zone only to pull up in front of my neighbors house. Go figure.

they drive their trucks like wild. if you’re gonna drive like that don’t have your company logo on it

Started on Feb 1 for a month and for some reason the program has ended. I called the office two to three days ago left a message for Sara, no call back. The company pledges once a week checkups, nope. Sad. For $250 I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. Owner and I had a conversation recently I was told a refund was coming which I new was not true! Sure enough never happened. Why can’t people just be honest??

Wow. I just have called them wrongly and as soon as she found me I am not their customer, she just hung up on me while I was asking other question. Incredibly rude customer service. I haven't use their service but this lady shows me they have no interest to getting new customers.

Worst company ever. Extremely rude and completely over priced. Make sure u shop around because they charge about 11 to 15 dollars more then most other companies.

Worst customer service ever! I called and left voicemails and never got a call back. They say they have a 30 day guarantee that if you see bugs after they spray they will come spray for free. I called to tell them they I needed them to come spray again because I still saw bugs in my house. They were really rude on the phone and told me that it was already to late when clearly it was still within the 30 days. They said we were just wanting to take advantage of the system! I can't believe they would say that I am making things up! I have a newborn baby and I was worried to still see bugs in my house. Do not hire these people. They are liars! I will never hire them again.

Please don't use this company. To be honest the pest spray you get at Home Depot is better than this place. I have been using them for a few months now and whatever they use doesn't work. I would still have roaches, crickets and spiders around my place. This shouldn't be happening, especially spraying every month. The other thing i didn't like was the customer service. When i called to try to talk about the spray and whats not being done, the lady would just talk over me, EVERY TIME I SPOKE! She wouldnt let me finish. She would just say "If you see a bug just let us know and we will come out there and spray!" It was incredibly rude, listen to what I am saying to you. To top it off they would schedule their own times, times that wouldn't work for me and then call me the day before telling me "Okay, we will be there at this time." What? Why? That time doesnt work for me? Who schedule this time. They do. I finally had enough with this company and told them I wouldnt be using them anymore. When i had told her that, she told me i would have to pay a $150 dollar closing fee. I have never heard of a bug business doing this before. You should be able to cancel your business at anytime if you dont like the service or the spray. I dont care how many times you come out here, the spray doesnt work, so that doesnt help me! I paid for my service, now i dont want it anymore. You should be able to cancel at any time. She told me i signed a contract but I truly dont remember that and do you want to know why I️ don’t remember it? Because it’s your receipt!! They put the contract in small print on your receipt that you have to sign!! And then they don’t say anything to you about it! How can a company get away with that!!?? They know they have a bogus product, so they scam you when you cancel!! And $150 bucks to cancel! On top of service you have already paid for!! $150 bucks to cancel!!! WHAT A JOKE!! Please do not use this company. They are a SCAM and their Product DOESNT WORK. Just go to Home Depot!!!Seriously, half the price and now i dont hear any crickets at night. UPDATE**** This scam of a company recently sent me to collections because I was not going to pay them for this bogus contract that no one tells you about!! I️ have called collections and have told them all about this place. I️ have also contacted the BBB and have informed them of this little scam. :)
