Kana is so friendly and so kind and thoughtful! The absolute BEST customer service I have EVER received in any area of work in LV! I appreciate their organizing, their organic spray that WORKS and how they are mindful of wearing booties !

Kevin has been servicing our home for almost 8 years at this point. He is always on time. or even early, which great so we can plan our day. He is also very flexible. If we need to adjust our day he has always accommodated us. Which we appreciate.

I been with this company for years I always give my guy payment when he comes now I get a tex saying. Have to pay my bill Debbie answer my call wants to know my check number etc told her im not at home they don't know were they put the payment they been messing up with the amount charges etc time. l look for somebody knew technian left bugs board on my driveway etc service went to hell also

Our tech is really polite and knowledgeable. The ants are resistant to 99% of any pesticide this year.. the rain/monsoon washing it away maybe?

They came and got rid of all the bees that were hanging around and they never came back which was very very good. I would suggest calling them whenever you have any bees in the area.

This is unfortunate to receive a 1 star review with no description. We take great pride in offering the best customer service possible. I can not locate your name in our database as a current or previous customer. Please reach out to me so I can correct any problems you are experiencing.
One of your drivers in a small white Nissan truck doesn’t know how to drive. He almost ran a pedestrian over because he was in too much of a hurry to turn on a Red light and he was riding my tail through a residential neighborhood for a mile and a half. If this guys driving is at all indicates the way you do business I’d choose someone else.

We have a fleet of white Nissan trucks providing services on the road every day. We routinely check every technician's driving record and take road safety extremely seriously. I did not use this business but did encounter a driver who works for this company and the driver (a male) license plate number 52A826 is cutting people off, going in and out of lanes, and putting the pedal to the metal on Charleston near hualapai. This occurred at 2:50PM on 8/20/2020. Very unprofessional to be doing while in a work truck.

Also with our GPS monitoring we use, we are able to identify which technician that was and will take corrective measures internally. not impressed so far, trued calling them and no answer, left my info online for a estimate, no return call. do they not like business? maybe it was for the better

I am sorry to hear this. We have a very standard operating procedure of returning all calls, emails and texts same day during regular business hours. Any calls, emails and texts that we receive after hours are returned the next regular business day. If you provide me with a phone number I will call you as soon as received. Or feel free to reach out to us Monday - Saturday. Again, I apologize if we did not respond in a timely manner.

Same day service. What seemed like a good price. Person who came was knowledgable and informed. Bug are gone. All is good. Will use them in the future.
