Violated My rights as a woman and came in unannounced and did nothing to kill the roaches in my budget suites. Pathetic company.

Bugs dropping dead same day and only sprayed outside because I was sick. Great service

Worst Pest Control Company ever. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they dont which has happened on more occasions than I can count as well as happened recently. Scheduler is the wife or gf of the GM so she gets away with anything she wants and is very unprofessional and doesnt know the first thing about customer service or how to speak to someone let alone a customer. Totally unreliable if they say theyll get back to you, you have about a 20% chance of that happening. Billing is erratic, sometimes they completely forget and so theyll hit you with several months of bills at once without telling you. They also couldnt solve my Pigeon issue and were VERY overpriced as far as that part of the business goes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Well they did not get rid of the bed bugs but the guy who sprayed won't admit it. This is the first encounter with a pest control who I'm aware of that their work has no guarantee.

Completely professional and friendly service. Moved into a short term apartment complex and found bed bugs, Matt Orton handled the situation perfectly and i couldnt be more grateful for helping us out of a gross experience.

I want to sincerely say Courtney is the best!!!!! She does a thorough walk through as well as treatment. I can honestly say she has treated my home as if it were hers. We've watched her toss and turn things upside-down with ease better than some men! I must say a thorough job is an understatement for the work we have witness her do. In our place and in other units. In the midst of going through an unfortunate event she has brought comfort and peace of mind to our household! She is amazingly awesome!!!! She also has continuously on her own gone out of her way to check up on our household. She deserves a raise, promotion or something to be acknowledge for her hard work and dedication. She takes pride in what she does!!
