I've been a customer of pitbull pest control for many years now. Reason #1 I chose them is that their mascot resembled my pitty. Reason #2 they use nontoxic products for pest control. Peace of mind that when they were finished servicing my home my pets and kids were safe. Reason #3 they have a key to access my yard so I don't have to worry about forgetting to unlock the gate. Definitely 1000% recommend pitbull pest control. Our tech Jeff Nardone always does an amazing job.

Pit Bulls filled with wonderful people who know what they are doing. Pet friendly which was my main concern. They were on time. Solved my problem and friendly decent people. helped to bring the scorpion population down on my property. once I had a extreme amount of concrete ants. and then I had a red ant situation. but whatever it is they come right away if you need them and are happy to come monthly as well. oh they eliminated the the spider population off of my porch too . I love the sticky pads at me give me some different times to cover my entrances and catch bugs before I even see them.

Thank you kindly for your quick response. Ted Thorp, A.C.E., is a professional certified Entomologist who put my wife at ease with his empathy and understanding.. Mr. Thorp was very thorough and scanned the bedroom throughly and the entire rest of the house.. We didn’t find the snake with his thermal camera which only picks up living things.. The snake is most likely dead as it cannot sustain itself.. So when and if we locate the snake we will immediately contact Pitbull Pest Control, Inc., to remove it.. My wife is still a little jittery but sleeping much better.. Thank you Pitbull for helping us get through this ordeal and for all the services you have provided us through the years.. Fantastic service by their pest control technicians Eric and Danny. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent immediate response as a new customer to rodent activity in my garage. . Tammy took my phone call in a very professional manner and explained in a very concise way how Pitbull would deal with my emergency. Eric was at my property the next day and did a very thorough examination of my problem. He explained to my satisfaction how Pitbull would remedy things. Very professional and understanding. Danny was out the next day and did the work required again in a very thorough and professional way. It was a pleasure to having him on my property as he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was the third employee of Pitbull that gave me all the help i needed in a pleasant manner. I have signed up for their monthly pest/ rodent control service. at a very fair price I am very pleased that I found this company to work with !

Friendly and professional staff. They were thorough and worked hard to detect our issues and resolve them.

Unsafe employee. From a complete stop he drove through a red light from the outside turn lane almost hitting a car that had the green light. If your employees don't care about other people's safety and property, you shouldn't be trusted in their homes. Response: Lamb and Tropical

I wish I could say they did great but unfortunately I was mislead and money was taken and no service was performed

I have been happy with this company for a while. When I have any bug problem I call and schedule the service. It always worked. This time, it didn’t. I called and got instructed what to do to help and to wait couple more days. I followed the instructions which didn’t help so I called back. I have been told that there is no warranty on one time services and that I can just pay $85 to have someone come and spray again or get a monthly services which come with warranty. I like to use those kind of services when needed and don’t overspray my house with chemicals on regular basis. Unfortunately, that doesn’t get me a good service. Thank you, you have lost a customer. I also used those services for my parents house, my airbnbs and more but I am for a lookout for a new company.

I was not satisfied with service provided, 3 different technicians with conflicting opinions and no results.

Bad service

I was referred to them through terrminex. They charge me a $75 dollar consultation fee for something that could have been done on the phone or better yet through the website. When I suggested that it was a poor customer experience I was told that I was wrong and didn’t understand the industry. Long story short I decided to use another company and would suggest you do as well.

Well first of all the business was good on the phone with me but they've only showed up four times I would call them days never ever returned my call but once I still have cockroaches and I still have a problem I just wondering if your Pest Control place is it semi control or is it fully under control because there's no control they have over these past they're still here running rapid thanks a lot thanks for nothing

well i did not have them come out but my work called them to have a migration of bees removed. and this company killed them. in California if your caught killing them you can serve time in jail. please pitbull look into the smoking them out method. it puts them to sleep and you can drop them off at a bee keeper or even some where in an area that is safe from people. ty
